XX years have passed, and I want to say a lot about the unlimited oil and the future Yitai coal-to-liquid, but now I have seen a lot. With a year of enthusiasm and self-improvement, I have strengthened my beliefs. I will report the summary of the year as follows. Please ask the leaders to give advice on the shortcomings in my work. In the future work, I will continue to improve myself and work hard. Make yourself better.
During the work of the Administration Department, we will study hard the actual document operations and understand the various matters of the office, including the management of the conference system, the etiquette of receiving guests, and so on. In the tasks assigned by the leaders, they can be completed in accordance with the requirements of the leaders. Since the major is not a secretarial major, I don't know how to ask the leader in time. I would like to thank my past leaders and thank them for their teachings. I believe that what I learned in the work of the Administration will benefit in my life. Due to personal illness, in July, the company’s leaders applied to the synthetic oil plant.
When I came to the workshop, I didn't have any arrogance or some unrealistic thoughts, but tried to adapt to the working environment as soon as possible. Director Zhang gave me great help in order to integrate me into this group as soon as possible. I have graduated for one year. Because I have been working in the administrative department, my major has not been well consolidated. I understand that I have already dropped others in many aspects. In order to catch up with my studies as soon as possible, I would like to ask the masters of the workshop, including Our engineers. I don’t understand, I can understand it now, and I have learned how to learn this process. I am very happy to learn what I have learned. At the same time, this process, I also understand the strictness of a chemical installation on the requirements of employees, the so-called organizational, discipline, today seems to have far more than literal meaning. Especially during the internship period, the masters gave a living example to explain, always reminding me that what we have to do is to constantly study hard, whether it is equipment knowledge or actual process, no sloppy, careless On the contrary, it is necessary to be careful everywhere and pay attention to it everywhere. Only those who are familiar with the drawings, and constantly explore in practice, I believe that the mistakes in the work will be minimized. In the past year, the specific work done by the workshop has been: assisting other staff in the workshop to improve the construction of the six systems of the workshop, and learning the main process of the synthesis section. The synthesis section is not only the focus of our workshop, but also for the coal-to-liquids company. Emphasis, so in the process of learning, each process indicator has not been let go, and each operation step is recorded in detail. At the same time, after learning a piece of technology, I revisited the past majors, including various pumps, compressors, heat exchange equipment, and various towers.
Today, I hope, come to the Yitai Coal-to-Oil Company with a belief, and now come to the synthetic oil workshop, I think I will not regret this choice, or even regret it. I believe that under the leadership of Director Zhang of our workshop, there will be qualitative improvement in the future.
