Summary of the work of the University Student Union Propaganda Department in 2019

Standing in the first semester of 2009-2019, looking at the past year, the bits and pieces of work are always visible in front of you, looking back at the past scene, and enriching the eyes unconsciously. It seems that the memories of entering the school are still in my heart! And a rush of one semester will end.

This semester, under the leadership of the faculty members and the cadres of the Student Union , I participated in organizing a series of work and activities. I learned a lot from it. Now I will summarize the semester work as follows:

During the semester, I continued to serve as an officer in the Student Union Propaganda Department, where I was primarily responsible for communicating with the press group. When I received photos and communications from related activities in the college, I promptly informed the team leaders to arrange the staff. The seemingly simple work, but the actual operation will encounter a lot of problems in the arrangement of personnel, and the issue of manuscript uploading is not timely. How to communicate and coordinate with the reporters group, I learned a lot during this period.

In addition, in the teacher skills section of our school this semester, our department is mainly responsible for the “speaking class contest”. Cooperate with the heads of the two departments to do publicity, notice, on-site arrangements and other work. In the process of organizing classmates to participate in the competition, I have improved my personal qualities to a certain extent, exercised my self-abilities, and worked hard to serve my classmates and realized my own value.

In addition, the publication of the "Journal of the Youth League Newsletter" has enabled the teachers and students of the school to understand the dynamics of the work of the school. I also participated in the printing and distribution work. However, it is a pity that the "Future Teacher", which I am responsible for editing, cannot be published this semester due to the number of manuscripts. It may be that the propaganda is not strong enough to mobilize the enthusiasm of everyone's writing, which has become a big regret in the fulfillment of this semester. Because of these subjective levels of experience and objective factors, we are continually striving for and improvement in the work of the next semester. At the same time, I want to say that success fails. This is like a pair of twin brothers and sisters. They are born with natural beauty and they are equal in status. Winning is not arrogant, unsuccessful, maybe people grow up faster in the most painful time, and they will be better in life and work.

In addition, we have assisted other departments to carry out some activities to help them complete their work. I have tried a lot of work that I have not touched before, I have greatly improved myself, and I have a new understanding of the work of the Student Union , and I have made so many good friends. Every member is a big book that benefits me. In the exchanges I have learned a lot from them. In particular, the heads of the two departments, the kind and decisive work style, have benefited me a lot. There are many classic sentences in the student union , such as: high-profile work, low-key people. Although these witty statements are indeed pulling in the distance between each other, they are also a good medicine for the spirit.

There is no small matter in work, and everything cannot be slack. Our officers must constantly improve their own quality in order to make our work better and better serve our students. In the past semester, I have done some work on the ground, but due to my own level and lack of experience, there are still some problems. In the new year, I must continue to work hard and strive to do better.

In short, because there is such a team, I will continue to show myself, improve myself, unity, harmony and tacit understanding in college.
