It’s like an arrow, time is like a shuttle. In a blink of an eye, a semester is about to end. Since the end of March, I have been working in the department’s discipline department, and the work of this department has been well organized, and I have also received various teachers, students, and student councils . Agree.
Because the original discipline part is the intelligence group and the regular group, it is later merged into the discipline department. In terms of thoughts and feelings, the two groups of officers are difficult to be friendly and harmonious, and the spirit of unity and collective cohesion are not strong. In order to eliminate the concept of two groups of people in all minds, we are able to actively communicate and cooperate with departmental officers. I and the Minister Feng Wei jointly organized the thought mobilization meeting to appease and comfort all the officers' psychological feelings about the merger. Although the initial effect was not obvious, after our two ministers and the Director General took the initiative to find the exchanges among the officers in daily life. Feelings, everyone gradually united and united in consciousness.
In the course of carrying out regular work, the department holds a large-scale meeting every month and invites ministers of various disciplines to participate in our work arrangements. Specifically discuss the issues and phenomena related to the disciplines in each department, and jointly study the specific programs and measures to solve and deal with these phenomena. In this respect, the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Electronic Engineering are the most prominent, and they often report to the hospital on their own initiative. A large number of "civilized etiquette" checks were conducted on the students of the whole school every month. There were a lot of problems in the first few rounds, such as students wearing exotic clothes, dyeing hair, perming, wearing slippers, smoking in the teaching area, and so on. In view of the seriousness of these phenomena, the Department immediately organized the dispatching officer to carry out the work of duty work. I have encountered some difficulties in carrying out my work, but we have not given up on the work, but we are looking for ways to work and solve problems in our work so that our work can be carried out normally. After more than a month, all aspects of discipline have been greatly improved, making the entire campus full of civilized and elegant atmosphere.
In mid-April, in order to strengthen the physical quality and collective sense of honor of the officers in this department, we organized a morning run exercise, and we had a group morning run at 6 o'clock every morning. We have our own slogan, our own work philosophy, our own order, and another department. A strong men's basketball team was also formed inside, which was carried out simultaneously with the morning run. Under the exercise of these two sports activities, our departmental officers not only enhanced their physique, but also the officers have a strong sense of collective honor. They have a spirit of concerted effort in working for the department, and also in these two sports. The exercise also shows the unique style of my department.
During the "May 4th Youth" period, our department and the Department of Learning, the Ministry of Health, and the Propaganda Department jointly created a large-scale cultural and recreational activities. Activities for students in the hospital, such as essays, comics, and speeches. This is not only a platform for the department to learn and communicate with other brother departments, but also a spirit of unity and active advancement of the students' union . In this activity, not only the student officers learned the knowledge, but also made the students show their wisdom and talents. The spiritual life of all students has been sublimated and a qualitative leap has been achieved.
At the end of May, our department held a large-scale wilderness activity. The event also invited the ministers of the departmental disciplines and the staff responsible for the headquarters to participate in the activities of Jiulang Mountain. Before the event, the department planned the activity plan in detail and voted by all the officers. Throughout the course of the event, the ministers and all the officers helped each other, encouraged each other and supported each other, so that the whole event was full of color and vitality, exercised in the activities, learned knowledge during exercise, and exchanged ideas in learning. The ultimate goal of the event was achieved.
The work in June was still inspected as usual. The arrival of the college entrance examination caused a dissonant atmosphere on the campus. The weather was hot, and there were more students in the evening. The students’ mood was relatively dry, and the discipline of the self-study near the holiday was relatively poor. All aspects have been relaxed, but my department has not relaxed the work, but also increased efforts to strengthen the staff and maintain the order of the campus. This has increased the pressure on my department's work, and always pays attention to the occurrence of some emergencies, and eliminates the safety hazards in the first place. This month, all the directors were organized to take a group photo, and the “work activists”, “excellent officers” and “excellent department” were awarded and rewarded accordingly. At the end of the conference, there was a summary meeting of the final work. At the conference, there was not only the chairman of the presidium of the court, but also the ministers of the disciplines and departments of the various disciplines. At the work summary meeting, the ministers of each department made a summary of the work of this semester, and also exchanged work experience. In the future work, we will continue to find work methods, and work together to make progress.
Although our work in all aspects has been smooth since the beginning of this period, there are still some shortcomings and shortcomings. If the management system is not sound enough, the officers still lack a bit of enthusiasm in doing their own work. Of course, since the problem has been discovered, the Ministry will definitely take corresponding measures to solve the problem in time and make our work more smoothly. Our department has become a shining star of the Student Union , so that our teachers and students have a good learning environment.
