First, the internal work management of the learning department:

In the past semester, our members have been in harmony and tacit understanding, able to complete the tasks assigned by the department and the hospital leadership in an orderly and efficient manner, and can actively assist other departments to do their work well, and be able to calm down the work and emergency situations. In response, all five officers performed well. In the current semester, our department has strengthened the cultivation of internal members' abilities. First of all, after a careful assessment, a post of deputy minister was promoted in the semester. Secondly, in line with the principle of the ability of each member in the department, taking into account the strengths of each member and the performance of the last semester, the division of labor for each officer is more detailed, so that a reasonable and orderly arrangement can enable us members. We will serve you well with our own strengths, and on the other hand, we will be able to recognize our own shortcomings, work hard to improve, and achieve the goal of progress with the learning department!

Second, student learning management:

As a qualified contemporary college student, you should always study hard to become a useful four newcomers. In the meantime, our Learning Department serves as a bridge between students and teachers. This semester is also a good achievement in supporting teachers in managing students' learning.

1. Sending and receiving teaching logs:

As a qualified contemporary college student, we should always study hard to become a newcomer to socialism. In order to better understand the teaching situation of the teachers and understand the learning situation of the students, the department leaders should strengthen the management of all aspects, and arrange the study committee members of each class to reflect the daily teaching work by writing the teaching log. During this period, our study department is responsible for the sending and receiving of the teaching log, actively cooperate with the teacher's work, so that the teaching information can be timely feedback. Although the receipt and dispatch of the log is small, the officers of our department are still taking it seriously, and they are not lax. It reflects the good working attitude of the members of the Ministry who always stand in the position of the students and work as a good assistant to the teachers.

2. Convening of the student discussion meeting:

As usual, in the current semester, the Department is still responsible for the student symposium, which is under the leadership of the Department of Learning, and is led by the department's study committee members, squad leaders and teaching information staff. The main purpose of the meeting is to understand the teaching situation of the teachers, the learning situation of the students, and whether the teaching facilities of the school can meet the learning needs of the students through the reflection of the students. At the meeting, the class committees actively spoke and conveyed useful teaching information to the department leaders from various aspects and raised various learning problems. The department leaders look at and solve problems from the perspective of the students, helping the students to better handle the various things in the study. The meeting was always carried out in a relaxed atmosphere. The teachers and classmates also communicated as friends. This event achieved the expected purpose well. Of course, this was inseparable from the active cooperation of our members! We must learn from the good experience in the organization of this conference, improve some of the shortcomings that have emerged, and apply them to future work!

Third, the organization of large-scale events:

New and old students exchange meeting:

In order to enable freshmen in freshman to adapt to university life more quickly, they are actively involved in various activities carried out by the school. Our department held a new and old student exchange meeting. At the meeting, we invited the sophomores and juniors to be various questions for the new students. Everyone actively expressed their opinions and exchanged experiences. This meeting has achieved the intended purpose and inspired the morale of our members, which will make the work of the Ministry's future work more smoothly.

Debate Competition:

In order to enrich the campus culture of our students, show the good spirit of our students, promote the spiritual civilization construction of our school, exercise the language expression ability, logical thinking ability, adaptability and team spirit of the students, and enrich the students' extracurricular cultural life. The college hosted the Neijiang Normal University College Student Debating Competition. Although I am a student of the engineering department, my classmates are also very good at eloquence. We can stand out from the competition with other squadrons and show our unique style to our teachers and students. As the learning department responsible for this event, we feel very honored and quite stressed. After repeated discussion by all the members, the activity plan was drawn up, and the event was finally carried out in an orderly manner.

1. Screening of the moderator of the debate:

In order to be able to compete in the debates in the hospital, a strong debate team is needed, so the study department decided to hold a debate in the department. Of course, the success of a debate contest, of course, is not a good host. Therefore, the selection of the host of the debate is imperative. At the same time, it is also possible to train a group of new and new hosts in the freshman year.

The selected moderators were mainly students of the freshman year. Through the assessment of the participants' Mandarin and the ability to respond to the on-the-spot ability, three of the contestants were selected as the host of each stage of the debate. In the presiding work of the debates, the three hosts played well and added a wonderful story to the debate!

2. The success of the debate contest and the establishment of the debate team:

The successful selection of the moderator and the promotion of the debates were held as scheduled. The "spoken confrontation" of each class from the first to the third year was extremely fierce. The performance of the members of each team was remarkable, and our department also specially invited the brothers and sisters of the Chinese Department and other departments, as well as the members of the school broadcast to score and comment. . These small debates can be said to be the level of the game, the style of the game, the players are distinguished, and the judges are accurate.

After these games, we have decided a few outstanding debaters and successfully formed the debate team of our department!

3. Active participation in the debates of the Academy:

With the small test knives on the department, our team members confidently meet the challenges of other debate teams. During the debate, the team members' excellent performance fully demonstrated the unique style of the department, and the applause continued on the field. Their strength has been well received by the students of all departments, as well as the unanimous approval of the hospital leadership, and achieved good results.

Everyone in the learning department has learned a lot from the success of this debate. Although there are some unreasonable arrangements in terms of time and time, we believe that with this valuable experience, we will definitely be more for us. Work hard to meet the next challenge!

Games:

The scorching sun brought the enthusiasm of the summer, and the campus was also boiled by the holding of the sports meeting. Of course, we have also carried out a series of work for the Games. Among them, our department is mainly responsible for the following two aspects:

1. Responsible for the training of martial arts programs with the Ministry of Culture and Culture:

In the re-cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Entertainment, the members of the two departments cooperated tacitly, mainly responsible for the establishment of the martial arts team, the hiring of martial arts coaches, the arrangement of training time, the maintenance of training order and the handling of emergencies. After a period of training, my martial arts team achieved good results in the games, which is inseparable from the cooperation between the two departments.

2. The logistics work of the Games was carefully completed:

At the sports meeting, our department was mainly responsible for communication and nursing work. When we received the task, we worked out a detailed division of labor, so that we can complete the assigned information tasks in the sports meeting in an orderly manner. At the same time, we also worked hard to cooperate with other departments to maintain the sports meeting. With the successful completion of this logistics work, it has also added an experience for us.

In general, the Department of Learning has done a lot of work this semester and has completed it quite well. But the road ahead is long and there is a long way to go.
