First, regular work
The tasks within the group undertaken by the organization system are relatively routine, with strong periodicity and a large amount of general tasks. It was difficult to get started in the first half of the semester. The process seemed confusing, so the organization department explored the experience under difficult conditions. Immediately after injecting "fresh blood" into the organizational system, the work flow chart for sending and receiving corrections to the work of the Youth League Branch and the transfer of the group organization relationship, detailed operation steps for reorganizing and transferring out, and arranging specific work for the specific staff to form a benign The work cycle and responsibility system, the regular work of the organization system has changed a lot, and it has been affirmed by the school league committee. In addition, account management and collection of group fees are also arranged to be responsible for the person.
The organization system found a “pipelined” working method in the work to complete the routine work in the group. This working method will continue throughout the work. In the next step, the organization department plans to open up the work responsibilities, to supervise the work of the members and to exchange learning with other departments.
Second, cadre training
During the semester, the Organization Department took the lead in conducting cadre training in the school league committee and achieved great results. The content of cadre training is numerous and complicated. In order to make the training effective, the organization department starts from the focus of work, promotes working methods in the form of introducing experience, and guides the specific situation. For example, we introduced the regular work “pipeline” at the meeting. The working method of the responsibility system is based on reality and has great guiding significance for the future republic. The new members of the first year of high school have become the main force of the organization system in the work, met at work, and are friends in life.
At the same time, we also put forward some requirements for student cadres: 1 At the same time of work, we must ensure that our academic performance is a truly savvy student cadre, so that it is “red and special”. 2 Responding to the remarks issued by the Principal Zhou, the student cadres should actively participate in physical exercise, cultivate a spirit of more and more enthusiasm, and also open up the mind as a cadre. 3 Require the cadres of the organization department to have the opinions and methods, and learn to deal with some unexpected situations encountered in the work, especially the workbooks sent and received by the senior high school seniors.
Cadre training is a long-term job and we will continue to do so.
Third, large-scale activities
After the midterm exam, members of the organization system participated in many activities, especially large events. Members of the organization department can be seen in the "May 4th" commendation, "Art Festival", "Society Culture Festival" and so on, both in front of the stage and behind the scenes.
While participating in the activities, the cadres showed their self and cultivated their own work interests. They were always able to examine themselves as a student cadre. In the next step of the work, the organization plan will be planned and directly involved in the school, reflecting the innovation and practical ability of the organization department.
Fourth, the training of new cadres
As the learning tasks of the third-grade students intensified, the first-year cadres took on the practical part of the work. The organizational system has been new once in the semester. This recruiting has brought greater vitality to the organization department. The cadres of the organizational department of the first year are becoming more and more important. Internal factors are the decisive force for the development of things. Therefore, the training of senior cadres is also the top priority in our work. In order to get them into the normal working track as soon as possible, we communicate with them and get good work from them. The experience is discussed intensively and promoted among other cadres. This is also part of our cadre training work, and it has achieved the principle of doing things from the people to the people.
Principle is the excellent quality of the cadres of the organization department. Therefore, we must emphasize that the important work principle of principle is emphasized in the new cadres. The new cadres will become the backbone of the school league committee in the future work, so we will train the new cadres. Very valued.
V. Overall review
The working time of half a year is not very long, but it can make the cadres of the second year of high school leave a good memory of high school, and it can also make the cadres of the first year gradually mature. The work of the organization department has experienced a "three-step" from difficulty to maturity, from maturity to stability.
