Summary of the next semester work of the Youth League Committee and the Student Development Center


During the semester, the work of the Quality Development Department continued to adhere to the purpose of the Student Union of our school to serve the students wholeheartedly, strengthened the team building within the department, successfully carried out various activities, and gradually formed a relatively mature departmental structure and departmental functions. Here, we summarize the work of this semester and hope to better guide the department work in the next semester.

I. Internal construction of the department

In the new semester, the Quality Development Department welcomed the new officers at level 07. Because the communication between the North and South Schools is not very convenient, in order to enable the members of the department, especially the teachers and sisters of the 07 level, to understand and help each other in the work, and integrate into the big family of the Quality Development Department as soon as possible, we have organized the Venus Farm. Two trips to the Dafushan Forest Park.

The preparatory work for both events is mainly carried out by the 06-level officer, including the selection of event venues, event time, bus route arrangements, vehicle reservations, etc. The level 06 officers have some experience in organizing the work, so they can complete the above work arrangements in a short period of time. On the day of the event, the other members of the department also received positive feedback. Many of the officials who lived in Guangzhou gave up their time to participate in the department activities. During the event, everyone played with water, riding bicycles, buying food together, cooking together, sharing learning experiences, starting from mutual help, and gradually becoming familiar with each other, especially among officers of different grades. Increased the feelings within the department.

Second, the Youth League Committee, student union work

1, 07 freshmen welcome new work

At the beginning of the new semester, the Quality Development Department is under the unified organization of the Youth League Committee and Student Union .

Participated in the work of the 07 undergraduate freshmen, and completed the task very well. Our officers have twice visited the teachers and sisters' dormitory to visit them, exchange experiences with them in life and study, and guide and help them solve many trivial problems. In the exchanges, the younger brothers and sisters will have a preliminary understanding of our Youth League Committee and students , laying the foundation for the later recruiting work.

2. The Youth League Committee and the Student Union recruit new lectures and recruit new departments.

As the beginning of the work of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union , the Youth League Committee and the Student Union organized a large-scale departmental recruitment seminar. As one of the departments involved in the presentation, our officers began collecting and organizing information on various aspects of the department's introduction and past activities two weeks in advance, and made a ppt display. On the day of the presentation, the officers at level 06 were very committed to introducing our department to the teachers and sisters, and answering their doubts. They were very moved by their enthusiasm for the work of the department.

In the future, the Youth League Committee and the Student Union will recruit new seminars, which will be developed as one of the brands of our Quality Development Department. We have learned a lot from the work of the Secretary Department of this new recruiting department.

Subsequently, our department immediately launched a new job. We collected and compiled the information of the applicants. In just one week, we went to the university town for an interview. After we selected them, we finally recruited 14 teachers and sisters of the 07 level, which injected new impetus into the quality development department.

3. Training for new officers of the Youth League Committee and Student Union

The Youth League training for the Youth League Committee and Student Union Level 07 is the first large-scale event organized by our department during the semester. Our department went through many meetings and discussions, as well as the teacher and the Standing Committee, to determine the content of the training. The second phase is the implementation of the event. We have developed a detailed division of work. Basically, each officer is responsible for one part, and also takes into account the adequate training opportunities for the new level 07. In the meantime, after many meetings and discussions, we have fully realized the importance of communication in the work of the team. Only communication can extract the best among many opinions, in order to convert different opinions into the same.

4, group branch training

The training of the Youth League branch is divided into two parts of the North and South Campus.

The North Campus is mainly conducted in the form of a training session. We invited Mr. Huang Yanhua, a member of the Youth League Committee of our school, to provide training for the cadres of the regiments. This training has greatly enlightened and promoted the work of the new members after the change of the branch committees, further strengthened the construction of the branches of the colleges, and laid the foundation for the implementation of the quality development plan and the creation of advanced league branches.

In addition to the training sessions, the South Campus also organized a lively orienteering competition. At the 07th level, the group team participated in the event. The competition combines sports, knowledge and games. It not only tests the physical and collaborative spirit of the students, but also enhances the communication and communication between the branches.

5, the organization of the Games

In the 11th Games of the School of Materials, our department undertook the organization of some of the field competitions, and all the officers worked diligently in their own jobs to the end. In the work of the Sports Games, we cooperated well with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the scoring and other tasks.

This semester is a very important semester for the Quality Development Department. It is a good start for the creation of departmental features and the establishment of departmental image. This semester lays a solid foundation for the future work of our department, and we have learned a lot from it.
