Therefore, a series of activities organized by the Youth League Committee of our hospital some time ago allowed me to do my part for the work of the Youth League Committee from the initial ignorance of what I should do to the later active participation, not only to learn better work experience. It also enriched my life in the after school and achieved a win-win effect, which made me gain a lot. It also made me understand the importance of doing all the work before, and enhance the ability to deal with emergencies. External activities have added good experience to the future work of our department. In the process, I also realized some shortcomings in our newly established department, but I believe that the hard work of the people has made up for the shortcomings of the lack of experience.
