Today, I am honored to be entrusted by the 6th Student Union to represent the entire work of the 6th Student Union to the General Assembly. The report is as follows:
First, lay a solid foundation, improve rules and regulations, continuously improve the ideological understanding and theoretical level of student cadres, and effectively strengthen the comprehensive quality training of student cadres.

In order to better manage the student union , after a long period of research by the Bureau, combined with the actual situation of the Student Union , the "Jiamusi Student Union " was redrafted, and the rules and regulations of the Student Union Office were strictly formulated so that our management can be carried out in a healthy and orderly manner. In order to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the student union cadres and improve the theoretical study level, the student union has carried out theoretical studies on a regular basis so that everyone can grasp the work from a global perspective, understand the work, and work under the guidance of correct thinking.

Second, broaden the channels, three-dimensional propaganda, created the independent website of the Jiamusi University Student Union and edited and published the student union's own newspaper, further promoting the campus culture construction.

In order to meet the requirements of the Internet information age, we will increase the publicity of our school's student unions , and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the student unions of the colleges and other colleges and universities. The sixth session of the student union under the specific guidance of the university youth league committee, in the science and technology department of the student union With the joint efforts of our classmates, we have created an independent website for the Students' Union of Jiamusi University. This move has brought the work of the student union of our school to a new level. On this basis, we edited and published the "Jiamusi University Student Newspaper". In the newspaper, we can keep abreast of the university's various policies and policies, as well as information about learning, and provide an opportunity for students to showcase their literary talents. This newspaper not only sets up a bridge between the university student union and the student unions of the colleges, but also closes the distance between the university student union and the majority of students, and becomes an important channel for the university students' publicity.

Third, through the convening of the presidium meeting of the whole school, the overall overall awareness of the student organizations at all levels in our school has been significantly improved.

In the past, there was a serious disconnect between the student unions of our school and the student unions of the colleges. There was a lack of communication between the colleges and colleges, and the overall scores were slow. Fourth, to serve the students wholeheartedly, give full play to the role of the student union bridge, and actively represent and safeguard the interests of the students.

1. Open up various channels, collect information from all parties, and set up a bridge for communication between schools and students.

Since its establishment, the current student union has maintained the interests of students and reflected the voices of students. How to better protect the interests of students has always been the most thing we think. We collect the opinions and suggestions of the students through the president and ministers' regular meetings, symposiums, questionnaires, and the website of the student unions . Do your job well. This year, the Student Union sent and received questionnaires once, nearly 8,000 copies, organized 8 presidential exchange meetings, and 12 ministerial meetings of the whole school, and received good results.

2. I want to think about what my classmates think, what the urgency of the students is, and organize activities that are closely related to the students' study and life.

The 6th Student Union organized a postgraduate exchange meeting and a girls' beauty and fitness lecture on weekends. In the study, the students pointed out the direction of their efforts and added positive and vitality to their students.

V. Taking the important festival as an opportunity, the campus culture activities will be carried out in an open-minded and innovative manner, and the campus culture construction process will be promoted.

During the work of the 6th Student Union , the 4th and 5th Memorial of the May Fourth Movement Campus Science and Technology Culture and Art Festival and the 5th Memorial 129 Sports Campus Culture and Art Festival were successfully launched. Starting from the fields of literature, sports, science and technology, and learning, we launched a series of activities such as chorus, aerobics, science and technology innovation contest, essay contest, and English speech contest. Especially in the two science and technology innovation contests, the enthusiasm of the majority of students to participate in social practice activities and scientific and technological innovation activities was fully mobilized. It has actively enriched the campus life and created the campus culture for creating a good research atmosphere in the campus. The atmosphere has promoted the campus culture process.

Sixth, unity and cooperation, internal referrals, and active development of college students in the community and children's welfare institutions to provide love activities, and participate in social practice activities.

In May of this year, the Student Union and the Xinhua Community of Jiamusi University jointly organized a performance. Our classmates expressed their best wishes to the people in the community with their singing and dancing.

In June, we went to the Jiashi Children's Welfare Institute and gave a condolence performance to the vulnerable groups that the society pays close attention to, and dedicated the love of the college students to the children. Through extensive social practice, it has enriched the extracurricular cultural life of the majority of students and enhanced their social responsibility.

Seventh, bold selection of cadres, only talents, meritocracy, "deliberately drop talents."

"After the Yangtze River, the waves pushed forward, and Jiangshan had talented people." In order to tap the real talents, the 6th Student Union changed the employment system of the past, “reducing talents without any restrictions.” Adopting college recommendation and self-recommendation by students, the idea is positive, requires progress, and has outstanding ability. It is extremely high for students. Enthusiastic outstanding students are selected to serve the majority of students. The addition of new members will inevitably inject new vitality into the organization and add fresh blood to the development of the University Student Union .

Eight, at an important moment, can take care of the overall situation, meet the difficulties, and complete the tasks assigned by the university in a timely and efficient manner.

In the summer of last year, our school successfully held the 13th Universiade of Heilongjiang Province. This is an independent event hosted by our school. It is the embodiment of Jiamusi University's comprehensive strength. It is an opportunity and a challenge for Jiamusi University. The rising comprehensive capacity of Jiamusi University has significantly improved and can organize various activities. At that time, although there were a lot of work and heavy tasks, we were able to profoundly understand the significance of this event.
