1. Housing Products Expo

On October 28th and 30th, the volunteers of our hospital served at the Ningbo International Trade Center for the Ningbo Housing Expo. The volunteers' earnest and responsible attitude won the affirmation and gratitude of the organizers.

2, food fair

The 2019 China Food Expo was held as scheduled at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. On November 7th, the World Expo was grandly opened. More than 100 volunteers from our institute attended the opening ceremony and strongly supported the Food Expo, contributing to the smooth development of the Food Expo. During the exhibition, the volunteers of our institute hosted the service work in Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Trade on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The attitude was sincere and sincere, and the reporters and leaders who visited the delegation were very warm.

Second, regular activities

1. The police school is jointly built

Although it was rainy, our volunteers came to work on time. Due to the weather, the duty traffic police canceled the service work of the volunteers on the day, but the enthusiasm of our volunteers will not fade due to this unexpected situation.

2, Saturday Square

During the semester, the Green Life Service Service Brigade of our school participated in two Saturday Square events organized by the Youth League on October 25th and November 29th. The volunteers of the service brigade make full use of our own professional characteristics, warmly serve the teachers and students, and are strongly echoed by the students.

6. Base activities

In mid-October, the freshmen began to sign service bases. The newly signed service bases include: Yongen Nursing Home, Ningzhen Road Guoxiao, Ningbo University Kindergarten and Yifu Elementary School. Volunteers went to the nursing home to clean the house and chat with the old people; organized the children to visit the Marine Life Museum in our hospital, went to the kindergarten to clean them together; went to the Elementary School to teach them, play games with them, and not forget them. Promote the concept of environmental protection. Volunteers brought joy and knowledge to them through their efforts during the event.

7. Internal construction and recognition

1. Rules and regulations

In November, we repeatedly discussed and improved the existing rules and regulations at regular meetings, and revised and improved some outdated contents, including the Qingzhi time registration system, the participation system, the excellent volunteer evaluation system, the internal evaluation system, etc. . I hope that with our own efforts, our work can be carried out more smoothly.

2. Volunteer oath and commendation meeting

On December 5th, it was the International Volunteer Day. In this special festival, more than 200 volunteers from the 07th level of our school gathered together to hold the oath ceremony and the commendation of outstanding volunteers.

3. Excellent volunteers' evaluation

At the end of the semester, we selected five outstanding volunteers based on the enthusiasm of volunteers to participate in the activities of the Qingzhi activities, and the performance of the activities in the usual activities, and awarded the “Excellent Volunteer Title” in the hospital. We also tried to evaluate the “Volunteer Star” that was planned for the next semester.

1. Recruitment of Bayi Basketball Fan Club Volunteers

2. At the beginning of October, we established the blog of the Life Youth Association. Through this platform, we showed the society the volunteers of our hospital.

3. Inter-institutional basketball cheerleader volunteer activities

Shortly after the Games, the annual inter-court basketball game began. We organized a basketball cheerleader. During the month of the competition, the volunteers cheered for the life college basketball team with enthusiasm.

4, Ningbo Sanjiang Love Red Eagle Rose Wedding Code

It was held in Tianyi Square on November 8th. It was hosted by the Communist Youth League Ningbo Municipal Committee and Zhejiang China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., and the wedding ceremony was based on the theme of “Youth China Loves in the City”, starting from happiness, romantic journey, and Shengshi Huadian III. Composed of a large chapter, our volunteers have witnessed this romantic and warm wedding.

5. On November 11th, volunteers from our hospital participated in the trip to Haishu in the form of friends and relatives to cheer for the “Challenge Cup”.

9. Insufficient work:

1. The summary is not timely enough after each event. Many people think that the event has come to an end, and this should be improved.

2. In the environmental protection propaganda, this semester is not enough, and strive to increase the intensity in the next semester.

3. The activities are not enough. Many of them follow the form of activities that have always been used. I hope that the next semester will be able to show new forms of activities and promote them.

In short, in order to further promote the construction of campus civilization, in line with the principle of "the party and government are urgent, the society needs, the youth can do", the Youth Volunteers Association of the School of Life Science and Bioengineering must not only be based on the school but also face the society. Carry forward the spirit of volunteerism of “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress” and actively carry out daily service activities for young volunteers.
