Student Union's new semester work summary

Time is like a vain, and it is almost a semester to enter the Youth Science and Technology Department of the Youth League Committee. During these few months, I feel that I have learned a lot and have grown a lot. From the beginning, I entered the Youth League Committee and was almost confused about all the work. Up to now, I am more familiar with and understand the process of each job, and I am also comfortable with the work of this department. Among them, not only have their own efforts, but also the guidance of the minister and the help of colleagues.

The summary and experience of my work in this school year are as follows:

First, play an innovative spirit in the work

Academic Science and Technology Month is an activity that every year in our school is also an important way to improve the academic atmosphere of our school. This year's academic technology month, our department's innovation put forward a point system to raise students' attention to academic technology month. Although the results are not very satisfactory, we will continue to innovate and strive to make the next event even better.

In terms of propaganda, we used the combination of games and challenges to fully reflect the academic and technological themes, but due to the lack of weather and the lack of preparation of alternatives, we failed to achieve the expected results, but still played a good publicity role. At the same time, this also reminds us to pay attention to the prediction and handling of emergencies in future work.

Second, see the spirit in detail

The Youth League is a rigorous organization, and the requirements from a seemingly simple notice are enough to reflect its rigor. The carefulness and rigor of our three ministers in their usual work also deeply impressed me, even if it is a small summaries of our small summaries.

The details determine success or failure, and the misfortunes often accumulate in the slightest. Even if it is a small thing of sesame, since it is distributed in your own hands, you have to do it with your heart, strive for perfection, and not let go of every detail. From writing notices to printing, from borrowing materials to all aspects of activities... Every little seemingly trivial thing requires you to do it with your heart. In the process, I learned to be serious and careful, and I understand the importance of paying attention to details in my usual work.

Third, persistence is victory

The lectures of the Academic Technology Month are one of the important tasks of our department. However, when things are done more and longer, it will inevitably lead to boredom. I have complained, and I have thought about whether it is a waste of time, but I still insisted. In the process, I slowly found out that I still have something I don't understand; it turns out that it is not as simple as I imagined; I can still do better in this work.

Perhaps these jobs can't be measured by usage. When you go all the way, you will look back at some moment in the future and you will find that it actually brings you a lot of gains and makes you have a qualitative improvement.

Fourth, attitude determines everything

At the training meeting of the Youth League Committee, the Minister said: attitude determines everything. I realized the true meaning of this sentence in my own work. One thing is in your hands, the minister’s trust in himself. Put on the overalls, the emblem and slogan of the Communist Youth League, always remind yourself that it represents the image of the Youth League Committee. You must be responsible for this in the end. In the past, I always thought it would be almost the same, so why should I look at it one by one. Now, after rewriting the three Sun Moon Lake activities, I understand that it is not an old-fashioned, but a minimum requirement for work. If everyone is similar to everything, then it is conceivable that the final effect of this matter will be greatly reduced. At the same time, your attitude towards work and work means what you can learn and learn.

Five, unity is power

In the usual work, I deeply understand the importance of the cohesiveness of a department. When you have something to do and you can't complete the task you are responsible for, just use a phone call and the rest of the department will try to help you as long as you have time. When you have problems at work, people in the department will patiently help you solve them. When I wrote the planning of the Sun Moon Lake event and the planning of the greeting card, I felt the greatness of collective strength. A person thinks hard and has little effect; but when you discuss with other colleagues in the department, the sparks of each other collide with each other, the ideas open, and more wonderful ideas come into contact.

Six, good at finding problems and summing up experience

In the past, I always thought that doing a good job would be a good thing, but completely ignored the reflection and summary of the work, not to mention the discovery and resolution of problems at work. Therefore, the improvement of work ability has been slow. It was only later discovered in the work that problems were found in the work, and after reflection and summarization after work, it was the real responsibility, and there would be further improvement. The ancient Dazhi Daxian people still have to "three provinces a day." What's more, I am a common man! Only by finding problems with your heart can you solve the problems that exist; only by being good at reflection and summing up experience can you avoid making the same mistakes and make your work more perfect.

Of course, as a freshman who just entered the university, he still doesn't know much about all aspects of the university. He has no experience in the work of the Youth League Committee, so he has made many small mistakes. But there is a saying that mistakes cannot be repeated, and mistakes must be level. It is also a good thing to be able to grow in error. Here, I would like to thank our three ministers for their meticulous teaching and training. I have learned a lot about them. I also thank the Youth League Committee, where I broadened my horizons and learned something I couldn’t learn in books.

In the next semester, in addition to some regular activities, our department will also hold a unique "Dream Cup" and "Best of Things" activities, which is the highlight of our department's next school year. I believe that after this semester's work, our activities will be more exciting and more attractive, contributing to the meager strength of our school's academic atmosphere. At the same time, I also believe that we will be together to create the wonderful things that belong to us.
