Student Union 2012 Fall Semester Work Summary

I have already read the summary of the work written in wheat. He has already mentioned some of the achievements we have made this year. I have not made much praise. I mainly talk about my feelings from a few aspects.

I have been in the Association for a year and a half, and I can say that I really have feelings. Nowadays, I have achieved the position of the president, but I have a lot of embarrassment, because I know that I am not good enough, not good enough, not enough. There are many places that are not considered. Although our boss, our big brother, has learned something, but it still has a lot to do. This time I will try my best to perfect myself, I will cheer!

1. Ability. In terms of ability, I reached a consensus with the wheat. It is not comparable to any of the three executive committee members. So the three of us joined forces to do things together, but because of poor communication, the cooperation was not tacit. The final result seems to be still individual combat. One person is responsible for one part. There is no good integration for the whole. Each of us has limited abilities and is not as versatile as the last Hua Ge. Although we realized this, we can't make the effect of 1+1+1>3 very well, but 1+1+1<1 is always appearing. This is our own problem. We found that we must work hard. To correct.

2. Project. According to the development direction of our association this year, "based on the campus and facing the society", we decided to start thinking about the society to show my own community. After picking up several projects one by one, each of us was very happy, but it was really difficult to implement it. To be honest, although we are a first-class club on the campus of the University of Technology, it is a third-rate community. We always want to eat a big fat man, and have never thought of step by step, one step at a time is the most important. This is more beneficial to our community. There are more projects and fewer people. The key is that in the early stage of planning the project, we have been busy with us, so that we are tired and die, but did not launch the backbone, so we also created the project team. But the project team has not played a substantive role. Of course, the reform needs a transition, and we need time to test it. In the future, we will also cultivate a lot of project awareness within the association. The project team must be truly mobilized in the spring of next year.

3. Activities. An association relies on activities to survive. The activities are good, the brand of the association will naturally improve, and naturally there will be more people to pay attention. Since we took office, there have been a lot of activities, one after another, and we are busy with it. However, when we were engaged in activities, planning and organizing disjointed, just like the steering wheel and the engine were separated, there was no direction for the direction, and there was no direction for the power, so that we were sure that the second monk could not touch the activity. It’s never desirable to do what the mind thinks about what to do. And we did make such a mistake. This is our consensus. We should pay attention to it in the future. We should make up for our mistakes. Don't let the similar situation happen again. There will be more activities next spring, and I hope we can do it well enough.

4. Personnel. We have made new breakthroughs in the past year and reached the highest record. But at once there are so many people, we can't take care of everyone. So it caused the loss of some people. Originally, I was a person who had the heart to do a career in the Association. In the end, I did not have the opportunity to show myself. However, I also said to them that if I think that I am gold, I will try my best to show myself. However, there is no one who is self-recommended, let us know him, both sides have problems. Therefore, we revised the regulations this year and reformed the department, which will prevent the loss of personnel.

5. Cultivate people. This year, we have not finalized the big list inside the association, and the main person in charge is also free and stunned. I really don't know if they don't see the association, or what other reasons! To be honest, the Association is much better than the Student Union , although I am also a student council . At the end of the semester, we will draw a time to convene the people, finalize the final list, and let them continue to disperse. Let them do more work, communicate more, and lay the foundation for long-term cooperation.

6. Atmosphere. What our association emphasizes is the feeling of “home”. We want every member of the association to feel the feeling of “home”. However, it is now a member who enters the association to feel that our association has no class, only friends; and outsiders are still outside the world. In fact, it is a helpless opinion. After all, there are so many people, it is impossible for us to take everyone out and train them, but we will do our utmost to let every member of the ring association participate happily.

7. Communication. Let's talk about the internal communication within the association. Although these backbones of our sophomore year have been running for a year, the tacit understanding reached is pitiful. It is a sad thing for us all to work together when we work together, that is to say, we are partners in our work, and we have not become friends in the true sense.

Besides, when the school started, the environmental protection associations of Lanzhou universities held a series of activities to enhance the cooperative relationship. However, to be honest, there are only a few clubs that are always in contact, just work, not friends. Lanzhou City will not work, let alone a strong cooperative relationship between the national associations.

8. Objectives. We have no goals at the moment, but we have been working hard all the time, and we don’t know what to do at the end. Instead, we are tired and half dead. We are now a lost passenger, and there is no clear direction. There is no such awkward solar energy that we all look forward to. If we continue this way, we will drag ourselves down.

We have been working hard, nothing is impossible to a willing heart!
Since we have chosen a distant place, we will not care about the wind and rain.
The past belongs to the god of death, and the future belongs to oneself. We must use sweat and pains to compose our own dreams.
In the past, I could only stay in my memory. In the future, I could only swim in the hustle and bustle, and now today is a gift. Grab this gift, struggle, and write down the glory of my life!
