Several major achievements in 2019:
1. Continue the inheritance of the atmosphere of the association
The Association has a good reputation on the campus, thanks to the good association atmosphere of the Association, which is a valuable asset left by the old people of the Association. This year, the backbone of the association set up a relaxed and good image for children. In the subsequent general meeting, interview, and ice-breaking activities, we also showed the culture of the association to the freshman as much as possible. This year's lineup can be said to be the most neat one in the history of the Association. Apart from the fact that some people withdrew from the association because of force majeure before the start of school, they have hardly withdrawn. The backbones are working very hard. Unfortunately, we are arranging the organization of the ministers and working hard.
3. Contact ngo to take a new height
This year, using the relationship of the chairman of the wheat, our relationship with the green camel bell is unprecedented. We have hosted the “Mercury Mercury” campaign initiated by Green Camel Bell, and invited the Green Camel Bell twice to train. The two sides also discussed more cooperation. The project believes that there will be more cooperation in the future. As a native ngo, the green camel bell is still very good.
Taking advantage of an occasional opportunity, this year, he also established contact with Mr. Li Jie and the “Green Volunteer Home”, and cooperated with the “2009 International Animal Care Action Week”. It also accumulated valuable experience in teaching and learning, and applied for the association next year. "Roots and buds" laid a good foundation.
Xiaobin has always kept in touch with gsean. This year, he also took the opportunity of cycan's application. But at the time, the three of us were busy with cepf's application, so we didn't have time to join, and we missed the cycan's community capacity building project and the national energy conservation and emission reduction project. Remind later people, this is an opportunity, we must seize it next year.
When doing the cepf micro-finance project, we also established a good relationship with cepf. If the project can be successfully completed, there will be more opportunities to cooperate with Beijing ngo in the future.
It is worth mentioning that the mercury removal project of Green Camel Bell is carried out in cooperation with the Beijing Global Village Environmental Education Center.
The cooperation with ngo is very important. You can learn a lot of things and you should keep it in the future. But when you cooperate, you must pay attention to "how many bowls are used for how many meals". When you don't take the project, it is very refreshing. You really find that no one is there.
4. Successfully establish contacts with the new leaders of the environmental protection associations of the brothers and universities.
Hua Ge’s relationship with other college environmental protection associations last year was good, which was related to many city-wide activities last year – the November exchange meeting, the “Wanmi Chinese Dragon” and the “Fruit Greeting Card” in December, so Other colleges and universities are very familiar.
After taking over the association this year, how to continue to maintain this kind of good relationship has become a major problem for the association. Fortunately, through the Guangzhou exchange meeting, the “action week” and the “mercury mercury” project, successful old friends have established contacts. I met new friends like Daxie. Basically, the associations that have been contacted are all connected. However, everyone's relationship is still a little weaker than last year. This issue requires us to work hard to solve. Communication is still very important. It is impossible for a person to close the door to do activities.
5. Maintain good relations with the college and school teachers.
After taking over the association, using Houge ’s advantage in the student union , the relationship between the school and the school has always been very good. Although the association should "go out", the relationship in the school can not be relaxed. It is still difficult to develop from the school.
This year, the relationship between the Association and the Social Welfare Association is relatively "normal". At the same time, there are key members who work in the school radio station, school student union , and school journalists. Making it easier to seek support.
6. Completed a lot of "first time"
During this semester, the Association applied for the “big pen” grant of ngo for the first time. The first time it carried out the activities of the circle, the activities were a bit of a mess, but it was always the first time. These valuable experiences must be passed down, especially the experience of the project. We have been worried about the succession of the project. 7. The gradual reform of the association system
After taking over this year, because there were too many projects at the same time, the planning and preparation organization was completed by us. We were directly involved in the semi-death. 1. "Chaos"!
This year's event is from the beginning to the end, this is the common feeling of all. There are many reasons for chaos, most of which are three of us, summing up the following points:
Our division of labor is completely unclear. Whoever thinks about what to do is who is going to do it. In the words of wheat, it is "sleepwalking." If we get tired one day, the activity is more dangerous. Therefore, in the future, our three divisions must be clear, and we must have a clear core of leadership, which can directly assign tasks.
There is not enough communication between the three of us. In fact, in the past few years, the three executive committees were obviously less familiar with the main responsible persons of last year. There were great differences in personality and life background. In addition, there was no intersection in the usual free time, so there was less communication. How to do activities, often a set of ideas, more time and even three people have no idea, purely closed eyes to do activities. Sometimes when there are big differences of opinion, there is a "nothing to do with me" attitude, or simply "I have opinions but I don't say." For example, 5 hours before the opening of the Dafa Association's drama tour, Hou Ge got the plan of wheat. In the early stage, we did not meet the three activities and the problems that may arise. The preparation was not enough, which caused the scene to be quite chaotic. Therefore, we must first communicate well. Our three opinions differ on the future direction and activities of the association. Everyone hopes that the association can be better, but what kind of activities are "good", but we all have their own standards. In the future, we should unify our thinking and fully respect the opinions of others. Otherwise, the three people will not use one.
2. Loss of activity theme
Out of chaos, there are still many people this year who report that the effect of the event is very poor, no more than last year's effect. The root of this problem is that the activity has lost its theme and lost the core of environmental protection. Everyone is "active for activities." We have never thought of infecting people and changing people through activities. The publicity effect will not be good. . People often look down on propaganda and think that it is meaningless. In fact, the publicity effect is very good, and it is the life of the association.
3. The society generally loses its environmental beliefs
This problem has existed for many years. Although we are environmental protection associations, many people inside the association are completely environmentally friendly. The lack of environmental protection beliefs is very serious. The president and the chairman’s dormitory use electricity exceeding the standard is a testimony. At this point, the old people are generally not as good as the freshmen, and many very creative and practical environmental actions are proposed by children.
4. Serious problems in the process of talent selection and recommendation
At present, the important task of selecting and cultivating the talents of the association falls on the shoulders of various ministers. However, there are many problems in the selection work, and many good children have been missed. One of the most common and serious problems is the “acquaintance” problem in the selection process. The enthusiasm of children participating in the activities of the Association is not considered when selecting people, and the first consideration is the ability of children. Many children are actually not active in the association, but are recommended in the association after the student union , the debate team, the journalist group and other places and the ministers are familiar. It is still the same sentence: the children are good children, but the children should be the most First consider the performance of the child in the association.
5. All the projects are slamming, the responsibility of the Executive Committee is missing.
This year's association's projects are all anticlimactic, such as the "mercury mercury" project. Many people agreed when they decided to carry out the activities. When the real start, no one actively participated. The "Water for Life" project is the same. The most dangerous is the "Yellow River." 6. Financial management mixed theory, spending money lacking plans
This semester's financial management is chaotic, and we are taking the lead. The financial management system of the association clearly states that reimbursement must have invoices or stamped receipts, but only half of the money spent in this semester has votes, and sometimes even when someone is reimbursed, the amount cannot be counted and the amount is estimated. And the aunt who manages finance is often sent by us to perform procurement tasks. This is also not allowed by the financial management system. This shows that we have no sense of financial management at all.
More serious spending is not planned, sometimes it is completely squandering, the association's money is only a little bit, and we are not allowed to be so big.
7. Missing plans when pulling projects, lack of IQ when doing projects
Everything is thought to be easy to do, and the project is the same. This year, when wheat is pulling the project, it does not consider the ability of the association. In the words of the aunt, it is: "I am exhausted by everyone" and planning the project. At the time, I lacked IQ and made many serious mistakes. Especially in the budget of the event, there was a huge difference, which made the Yellow River Water Project difficult to carry out now. Remind later people, the project is not good, decided to be cautious!
In fact, the emergence of these problems is caused by the lack of our three abilities. If we lack the ability, we must put more effort into it. In the remaining six months, we must do our best to do a good job. When I chatted that day, I said that the Association has been part of our lives and can’t be sloppy.
