Summary of the work of the Student Union Department in 2019

Standing at the end of the year, looking through the past academic year, the bits and pieces of work are always visible in front of the eyes, looking back at the scene of the past, enriching the eyes unconsciously. It seems that the memory of the first student union is still in my heart! I have always been very fortunate to be the head of the association department. During this year, I also learned a lot. Although I didn’t know how to start this work at the beginning, I’m doing more things now and letting myself mature. A lot, and a lot of progress.

As a member of the Societies Department, I believe that my main responsibility is to pay close attention to the development of the association and to coordinate and communicate. The development history and development direction of the association should be understood and help them to the best of their ability to ensure their harmonious and healthy development.

During my one-year job, I experienced a bit of change in the association. Our village has the Voice of the Jungle Club, the Law Society and the Xinxin Volunteers Association. Among them, the Law Association and the Xinxin Volunteers Association have won four stars and Samsung's good results in the star clubs. This is a symbol of the strength of the community and a positive affirmation of our activities. Of course, we also need to work harder to develop towards a five-star community. Last year, I will talk about the activities I have done, because in the annual plan, each association must have three activities, which basically meet the requirements.

The Jungle Club focuses on extracurricular activities, entertaining associations, the first large-scale event, the whole school mobilizes the enthusiasm of the whole school students, and colleagues also increase the exchanges and learning between the students, not just individual entertainment. With the help of entertainment, we will expand the social circle, and we will do more activities like this. The Law Society has a long history of associations. It has undergone years of trials, and has also done a lot of publicity and activities on the law, and has maintained an excellent record of the star community. More meaningful activities need to be done, because we have facilities and teachers, we must make full use of these resources. Xinxin Volunteers Association, I think is one of the most promising associations, not only because of the events and evenings she has held in the past year. Of course, every time she has a small event and a large party, she is so shocked. The main thing is that love, I believe this association will be very good. I am very grateful to the members of the association for their understanding and support. In the past year, you have been obsessed with obscurity and never raised difficulties. If you are experiencing financial problems, you will take the initiative to sponsor, and you will be able to solve the difficulties one by one. I am very touched!

This year's annual summary I want to share my experience with you, presumably this is the most important, but also an experience for the next community department. The past year of our community has changed a lot. First of all, the cancellation of the Haiyun Association is presumably my biggest regret and dereliction of duty. Here are the things that my minister is most lacking in a year, and the biggest weakness. I think as a minister:

1. We must pay close attention to the development of the association, communicate regularly with the members of the president, and gather strength in the form of meetings or tea parties to establish prestige.

2. Communication. Fully understand the next plan of the association and make full preparations on a weekly basis. Understand their difficulties and communicate with teachers in a timely manner.

3. There must be a spirit that is not afraid of hardship. Because our work is a rather cumbersome job, remember to be a blessing, and serve the students wholeheartedly.

4. Make full use of resources. The Student Union is a big family and we are proud of the collective. If the activities in the department are not completed, please ask for help from other departments.

5. A suggestion that the association is included in the student union . Conduct unified leadership and deputy ministerial treatment.

Recalling the work of the Student Union in the past year, we have achieved excellent results. These achievements are inseparable from the hard work of every member of the Ministry of Education. At the same time, we have encountered many difficulties. In the face of difficulties, we have not given up, but we are concentric. Work together to solve the difficulties. The pace of our step-by-step growth is still clear. On the road, we have learned to unite and cooperate and learn to be strong and brave. The sweetness, bitterness and bitterness in it all flew to our brows with the joy of success, because we firmly believe: "As long as we unite as one, the community department will inevitably recreate its brilliance with the sweat of its youth."
