Student Work Department Annual Work Summary

Time is like running water, and in the blink of an eye, the student union work of this school year is nearing completion. In this school year, under the correct leadership of the hospital leadership, under the careful guidance of the teachers, we adhere to the purpose of “serving the students wholeheartedly”, combining the characteristics and actuality of the students, with purpose, planning and targeted development. A variety of campus activities have achieved gratifying results and enriched the campus life of the students. All members of the Girls Department are down-to-earth and conscientious in completing each job, and strive to do their best, while actively cooperating with other departments. However, while giving full play to the role of the student union in the campus student management and campus culture construction, we also found some problems in the organization. The work of the Student Union in the past academic year and the performance of various aspects are summarized.

We have achieved some gratifying results, we have made some rare progress, of course, we have also found some deficiencies and areas for improvement, we will continue to be passionate and strive for the student union career!

First, regular work

The Ministry of Women is a department affiliated with the Student Union . This school year is still actively working with all departments of the Student Union to seriously complete the routine work:

1. On duty every Monday to Friday, the members of the department can go to work on time when they are on duty, and be responsible for the good duty work;

2. The etiquette work of the activities of the Students' Union , assisting other departments and associations of the Student Union to do the etiquette work of various activities, reflecting the good image of the Student Union .

3. Complete the tasks of the school girl department in time to submit the thoughts to the department in a timely manner.

4. Actively participate in various sports activities organized by the Student Union , such as dances and sports games.

Second, the theme activities

The Ministry of Women’s Department carried out the following thematic activities during the school year:

1 Etiquette team selection work: After the selection of layers, the preliminary personnel were finally determined. Under the leadership of the girls' department, all the first-time test personnel arrived at the required venues for interviews on time, selected 10 student etiquettes, and selected etiquette to the school. Freshmen Liu Ying and Liu Cong were selected into the school etiquette team. We also established the first etiquette team through the law school.

2 Co-organized with the Ministry of Sports, “Girls' Fun Sports 3 Days Music”, including four games of tug-of-war, ten-person, eleven-footed, long-rope and rattan, and decided the top three in each individual competition. The response of the competition was quite good. The students actively participated in the competition and fought for the honor of the class. This activity has also been included in the featured activities. The formal expectations of the students to break the original activities are much higher and worthy of promotion.

3 Holding a handicraft exhibition with the theme of “Thanksgiving Day”, all departments actively cooperated with the work of the department. The majority of students actively participated in the activities and made various handicrafts. The activity brought a visual beauty to the students, and they felt the ingenuity of the girls and were welcomed by the majority of students.

4 Conduct the “My University Life” essay activity. The students of the activity target for the freshman class, through this form, to enhance their understanding, but also truly feel the difference after the 90s and good adaptability. Once the event was launched, there was a warm scene in the submissions department. Many students signed up for the competition. We also selected one, two, three and excellent awards, and helped them solve their problems in the life and problems they mentioned.

5. Participated in the “Winter Fashion Show” organized by the Girls ’ Union of the Student Union Committee of the Youth League Committee. Eight teams of lively and energetic girls were sent by the School of Law. They were young and energetic, showing the high-spiritedness of the School of Law. Spiritual style. And for our hospital to obtain the "Excellent Group Award" this honor.

6 Participate in the “2010 Anshan City First Reading Women's Style Competition”. The event was hosted by the Anshan Women's Federation, the Municipal Cultural Bureau, and the Qianshan Evening News. The Xinhua Bookstore in Anshan City hosted the theme of enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the general public in Anshan to enhance women's aesthetic awareness and lifestyle. From entertainment elements, knowledge and fashion style. Start with the face and guide the effort to build a harmonious society. After the selection of our school, we selected ten players to go to the competition.

Third, the analysis of the outlook

Through the joint efforts of the members of the department, the work of the Girls’ Department in this school year has been carried out in an orderly manner, which also reflects some advantages:

1. From the perspective of girls, we can plan and organize a series of activities to stimulate the enthusiasm of girls to participate in campus activities, cultivate and exercise their hands-on ability, and enhance their participation awareness.

2. A wide range of resources and strengths are jointly organized by the Girls' College of the College to strengthen the links between the schools.

3. The content of the event is in line with the girls' own interests and hobbies, integrating educational, practical, practical and ornamental.

Looking back at the work in the 2010-2010 school year, although tired and hard, there is no shortage of satisfaction and happiness. Busy and trivial work is also a fulfilling and happy time. The hard sweat is exchanged for the rich extracurricular life of the students, which makes their own ability improve and the campus culture prosper.

But there are still some shortcomings:

1. At the beginning of the school year, I did not make a detailed plan for the work of a school year, which made the preparatory work of some activities insufficient, and the organization of the activities was not coherent.

2. There is a lack of complete and complete behavioral norms within the department, and it is difficult for department members to grasp the degree of work.

3. The details of the activities were not considered in advance and affected the effect of the activities;

As mentioned above, the Ministry of Women’s Work has basically achieved the established work objectives and completed the work plan with quality and quantity. After participating in these activities, after accumulating these experiences and lessons, I believe that the future work of the Girls Department can be better carried out, exert its strengths, make up for the shortcomings, and be able to meet the new semester work with a more positive attitude.
