1. Complete the collection and collation of all new student information in the student union , and produce a comparison table of the dry data of each department in the XX year-2010 academic year.

At present, all the student information and the dry data comparison table of the Student Union have been filed in the Human Resources Department. The completion of the work has enabled all the information of the student union to be concentrated in the human resources department for future recall. 2. The revision of the “Jiangxi Normal University Student Union Academic Archives Form” has been submitted to the Chairman.

The Human Resources Department has now successfully centralized the archives of the Student Union to facilitate future calls and management. At the same time, the production of the main student correspondence records of the related functional departments of the student branches has been basically completed. 3. Revised the “Management System for Student Unions of Jiangxi Normal University”.

5. Planning for the organization of all new academic conferences and on-the-job training.

6. Prepared the fourth training course of “Blue Star” in Jiangxi Normal University.

This preparatory work will enable the “Blue Star” training to be carried out smoothly, thus improving the ability to work and political literacy, and providing a strong reserve force for the students .

7. Completed the production of the first phase of the Human Resources Department's work briefing, and summarized the first phase of work, and accumulated work experience so that future work can be done better.
