Summary of medical insurance work

In this medical insurance work, I was the person in charge of the 08 level and completed the task. The following is a summary of my work.

A total of 469 people were enrolled in the 08 class, and a total of 37,520 yuan was collected. There was no such thing as the amount of money and the number of participants in the insurance, but there were still some people who did not collect enough information. A total of 1432 people in the college participated in the insurance, a total of 114,560 yuan, basically completed the task, but there are still many shortcomings in our work:

1) Our workflow has relatively large defects. In the work, it is a "minister-officer" two-level system. It does not learn from the successful experience of handling train tickets before. It does not give full play to the role of the team leaders at all levels, resulting in a confusing collection of materials and excessive pressure on the ministers. Here is the workflow I envisioned:

In short, it is to make everyone busy, give full play to the team leader, and link the role of the officer. The work at all levels is assigned by the team leader and the team leader is responsible.

2) It should be acknowledged that our work efficiency is not high enough. Many of us are still not familiar with the operation of office software such as excel, and many people are not focused enough, resulting in high error rate and low efficiency. In response to this problem, our officers must first learn more about their own office. On the one hand, they can do training. The most important thing is to have a correct attitude. Because we are a service department, we must be responsible for the students of our college.

3) There are not many exchanges and cooperation between the various groups within the department. This is related to the internal communication problems of our department, and the communication between us is not good enough. Regarding communication issues, I asked some of my thoughts to our department:

4) Personally, the medical insurance propaganda work is done too badly, resulting in many people not willing to participate in the insurance, and our work has become difficult. In fact, those who have carefully thought about it will know that the protection of 80 yuan for one year is very worthwhile. As the department of life, as a department serving students, we have not promoted the benefits of medical insurance. This is not okay. Due to the requirement of the participation rate, this will also bring us troubles at work. I think we should do a good job of propaganda, whether it is for the participation rate or from the perspective of serving students. Medicare can be one of the important tasks of our department in the future, but it is only our job when we are our work, not the work of the college.

Finally, summarize what we did well in this work:

1) The money and the number of people are right, a total of 1432 payment, a total of 114,560 yuan, no difference. This is not a light thing, it is worthy of recognition. We must continue to carry forward this careful and rigorous spirit of our Ministry of Life.

In any case, we are in the school for the first time to apply for medical insurance, the instructions are not clear, and we have no relevant experience, we can complete this task relatively smoothly, it is worthy of recognition. The most important thing is that we have to reflect and learn from this work, and prepare for the next medical insurance work for all future work.
