Summary of the work of the university news agency in 2019

Upon receiving the newsletter from my sister, I suddenly found out that I had spent the first month in the news agency. Looking back on this month, I feel that I really have a lot of gains and growth. There are many things worth learning, reflecting and summarizing. Some of these sections were selected for a brief review and summary.

Recall that more than a month ago, the recruitment and recruitment of various societies and organizations began one after another, and they knew very little about university life. They faced the accumulation of publicity materials and the long queues of the former booths of the booths. They felt the confusion. Which group should I join?

Looking back today, I am fortunate and proud of my choice. I have gained a lot from it.

The interview at the beginning gave me an important reward. Because it is the first time to participate in this more formal interview, my heart is always uneasy. Although I was a little nervous, I had a relatively thorough preparation for the news agency and the theoretical department. I was quite satisfied with my interview performance. This made me really realize that only when I was fully prepared beforehand, I could not be shocked, and I was calm and comfortable.

As the interviewed brothers and sisters said, in terms of social surveys, my major is not too close, and the knowledge background is lacking. In order to complete the task of arrangement, I was able to learn relevant knowledge, work better in the theoretical department, and comprehensively improve my overall quality. I read the relevant books of social survey during the National Day, and also conducted some online surveys on the design of the questionnaire. Understand and participate in the training organized by the news agency, and have some initial understanding and understanding of the social survey, but also can do some simple work. Despite this, in the design of the questionnaire, I still found that there are still many areas for improvement in this aspect, especially the practice is still relatively weak, need to continue to learn, and ask a lot of brothers and sisters and other members of the class.

Although due to conflicts with class time, etc., my total time in the teaching class is not long, but I have learned a lot of etiquette and methods of dealing with these things. I am greatly benefited by the generous, steady and steady handling of Mr. Lin’s brother.

One more thing impressed me a lot. I am a group with Kelly Sister and De Lin. We first look for information and then give it to Kelly. Our scope is the advantages and disadvantages of the content and form of the online website. When the sister sent me the final results of our group, I really felt that I still have too many places to learn. Brothers and sisters, they did, compared to me, it is much better. Not only are they more detailed and innovative, they are also rich in form and use, and they use more links and diagrams. This makes me feel once again that every member of our news agency is very level and very knowledgeable. When I work, I must not only do my best, but also know how to learn, communicate and ask other members.

In just one month, I feel that I really benefit a lot. These are just a few of them.

Although I may not have done the best, I have always tried to be my best. I know that there are still many places to improve, but I will always strive to improve myself and make myself progress. I very much hope that I can stay in this group and pay for my own strength. I hope that my brother and sister can approve me to become a formal member.
