Party Construction Team Outreach Department Final Work Summary

This semester is the first year of my participation in the party building team's external department, and one semester is about to pass, and our work will come to an end with the end of our activities. Here, let me summarize the work since this semester, hoping to make a difference in the future work and do better.

First of all, I am happy and unforgettable for myself to join the party building team's external department. Just like the one in our group:

The Outreach Department gives you a five-star home. In the Outreach Department, I feel warm and feel that the people in the Outreach Department are just like my family.

Then, in the usual work, everyone can do everything they can to cooperate with each other. In our planning team, whenever the task is sent down, we will take the first time to complete the task. At the beginning, because I was not familiar with the work, I often took a long time to do it, and I still had to look at it and modify it over and over again after I finished it. But with the familiarity of the work, our efficiency has improved, and we will be able to complete the task soon. We have all grown up in this process. Giving opinions to each other is essential in a team. Therefore, we often meet to discuss and put forward some feasible suggestions. With the joint efforts of everyone, it is easier to work. In addition, the help of the brothers and sisters allowed us to adapt to the work and life of the university more quickly.

Then, we finally completed the expected plan - to hold a larger event. The whole process of the activity, from planning to Lazan and outreach, to the preparation of materials, and finally to the conduct and end of the event, cannot be separated from the efforts of each of us. During the period, I completed the general planning book and the outreach version of the planning book, and also simply tried some Lazan, such as Conlux, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical, and Litai. There are successes and failures, but I feel that the work of the Outreach Department is really fun. Because it touched me with some new things that I have never touched before, and all this is so fresh and interesting to me.

In the process of participating in the community activities, I was able to reach out to the residents of the community, which allowed me to practice and serve in the social grassroots and get exercise. This event has changed a lot of my previous views and really benefited a lot. And taking this opportunity, we have indeed played the role of our external department, not only to contact the community, but also to engage in activities with the external school, it is really significant.

Finally, although there are still many shortcomings in this event, in general, our activities are still very successful. In addition, there are many problems in our usual work, which need us to slowly summarize in the future and gradually improve in the work.

In the Department of External Relations, we still have a long way to go. I believe that with our joint efforts, our outreach department will get better and better.
