First of all, the Youth League Committee Student Association should clarify the work center and work priorities as a whole. Large-scale activities should grasp the center and grasp the key points in the overall operation. The central work of the Student Union of the Youth League Committee is to do a good job in the logistics support for the Games. The key task is to do a good job in the publicity and reporting of the sports meeting.

First, the scope of the logistics support work of the Youth League Committee should be consistent with the requirements of the coordination scope of the Games, to clarify the distribution of various tasks, and to ask in detail the specific details of the logistics work to avoid work loopholes. In addition, for the tasks assigned, special personnel should be arranged. It is best for the members of the bureau to be responsible for the implementation of the specific work. For example, the entrance flag of the Games will be sent to the new district by the campus. If the members of the bureau are arranged, The special person is responsible for the handover and transfer of the school flag, there will be no situation where the party team is about to enter and the school flag is not in place.

Second, the propaganda and reporting work is the key work of the entire sports meeting. For the propaganda work, the propaganda center should keep abreast of the submissions of the colleges and supervise the progress of the corresponding work. As far as the sports meeting is concerned, the Manuscript of the Ministry of Information has finally delivered 8500 copies, and there are certain gaps with more than 1XX manuscripts of the School of Chemical Engineering. The results of the competition are not listed in time, and the propaganda department has not arranged the relevant personnel to check the update regularly. The game was reported missing, the propaganda center was able to find the problem in time, and improved on the 16th; the network department and the radio station were able to release information in time to ensure the timeliness of the news report.

Third, in terms of division of responsibilities, the Bureau did not explicitly separate the overall work and implement it. The main problem is that I did not separate the overall work and implemented it for the members of the Bureau. Instead, I directly arranged the specific work directly to the various departments, so that the duties of the members of the Bureau were not clear enough.

Finally, as far as the Youth League Committee is concerned, some ministers are still unable to attach great importance to their responsibilities.
