Under the active support of the school leaders and the cooperation of various departments, the work of the student union has also achieved great achievements. Not only has it successfully completed the tasks assigned to us by the higher authorities, but it has also improved the internal coordination of the various departments, so that the various departments of the Student Union can assist other departments to carry out their work while completing their duties. Here, I will summarize the work of the Student Union in this semester as follows:

1. Hold a cadre mobilization meeting and arrange work tasks reasonably

At the beginning of the semester, under the leadership of the Student Work Leading Group, the Department of Student Affairs held the first cadre mobilization meeting of this semester. Train the comprehensive ability of the new student cadres to make them play the biggest role in the orientation work and better serve the teachers and students. This mobilization meeting made all the student cadres unanimously united and motivated, and determined to contribute to Shaoyang College, the Chinese Department and the Department. Moreover, this conference also made a detailed plan for the work of this semester, so that all departments have some understanding of their work, so that the work of the Student Union is quickly on the right track.

Some of the cadres of the Student Union began preparing for the planning book during the summer vacation. At the beginning of the school, they entered the preparatory stage of the orientation. Third, do a good job in military training, provide logistics services for instructors and teachers

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the new military training, the Student Union will arrange two student cadres for each class in accordance with the principle of “two gangs and one franchise” to provide all services for the military training team, and arrange for the Ministry of Sports and the Department of Life and Welfare to coordinate and medical treatment. Other services allow instructors and faculty members to taste the "Ganquan in the Spring Festival" under the scorching sun. They felt the care of the Chinese family while suffering and sweating. In the whole school internal competition competition during the military training, our freshmen easily won the championship; in the parade competition, the 09th grade Chinese language class won the fourth place, the 09th grade news class and the 09th grade Chinese language class won the department level. After the military training, my student union began to recruit new jobs. Through the promotion, recruitment, and voting methods, various departments adhered to the principle of “not stimulating the enthusiasm of students and ensuring the quality of officers”. In this year's "Dragon Tiger Cup" basketball game, our sports department strictly selected a group of high-quality, high-powered players, and implemented devil-style training, the champion as the first goal of our department, training hard. Under the leadership of the Students' Union and all the players, my basketball team won the first women's team and the men's team's fourth. The women's team is particularly outstanding. Our student union arranges the specific department of the sports department to be responsible for training, and other departments are responsible for other logistics work. First, through the competition in the department, two teams were selected to participate in the school competition, and then the selected teams were targeted for training. Every day at noon and evening, all of them are concentrated in the gymnasium for intensive drills. Under the joint efforts of the student union and the participating teams, the 09th Chinese-speaking team and the news team won two second prizes in one fell swoop, winning two heavy banners for the department.

Eight, strengthen the construction of study style, create a good learning atmosphere

In order to meet this year's academic construction month and undergraduate teaching evaluation, our student union has developed a series of measures to improve students' style of study and test style:

Arrange the cadres of the first and second teaching buildings. Some of our student cadres are in front of the teaching building every morning and at noon to supervise the majority of students;
