Therefore, the lag in our production directly led to the lag in publicity. This is not enough for our department to do well.

Second, the promotion of propaganda and materials

1. The propaganda started from the 24th, mainly hanging vertical frames and posters. However, because we are not good at hanging, and the wind is big, the vertical width is often blown off or torn. There are 6 posters, four of which are promotional evenings, including program listings and sponsors, as well as our organizers. There are also two promotional posters for the business. On the 28th, I also went to send a leaflet together. On the 29th, our department wrote the time and place of our party on the public blackboard under the dormitory.

2. Purchase of materials. Together with the people in the planning department, we were on the 27th to purchase the materials needed for the party, including balloons, hot field props, tools used, and so on.

Progress stage:

First, before the party: The main work of our department is responsible for the layout of the stage. The main work includes the arrangement of balloons, background, stage layout and the surrounding of the scene. We started arriving at the venue at 12:00 and began to prepare for the venue. By 13:30, people from many departments have come to help our department, so thank you very much! Because the department has not enough staff, the balloon is basically done by people from many departments.

Second, the stage layout, we hang up the background at 3 o'clock, but at 17 o'clock, the stage is arranged. On the one hand, due to our lack of preparation, on the other hand, there are still insufficient staff, which leads to a lot of work cannot be carried out at the same time. The overall stage effect is not good enough, too simple.

Third, the layout of the venue. The main arrangement work is done by people from other departments, and the department also participates. Thank you very much for helping us in our department. In terms of the surrounding effect of the venue, it is still too simple, but the most important thing is that the balloon is not prepared enough.

Fourth, when it is going on. Although the work of this department has been completed, the members are still working together to cheer for our party. This is to praise them.

End stage:

First, the work of this department is not much, so it will be completed soon. We are also trying to assist other departments as much as possible, so our entire department is also the last to go collectively. In this respect, I feel that our members are still very active.

2. On October 31, the department held a departmental meeting to summarize the preliminary work.

Insufficient summary:

1. Our preparations are insufficient, and many of our work are relatively busy, and we have not fully done our propaganda work.
