The Quality Development Department is a very special department. The first part is responsible for the diversification of the content; the second is responsible for the content, and the content of the activity needs innovation; the third is responsible for it. The activities of the event are large, with many details and long duration. For example, the "Multimedia Courseware Production Competition" and the "First Teacher Comprehensive Skills Competition" have lasted for more than half a month, and it is required that our work be carried out for at least one month of preparation and operation. The characteristics of these departments determine that as a minister, I need to have clear working ideas and coordinate the inter-departmental and inter-departmental capabilities, so that the departmental cadres can be motivated for a long time, and the work can be done efficiently, with perseverance and hard work.

In the "Multimedia Courseware Production Competition", I was responsible for informing the various classes to submit the works, organizing the evaluation of the initial evaluation, and selecting outstanding works to represent the college to participate in the competition. Small work requires planning, so as to ensure that the work is completed on time and in high quality.

In the 'I am going forward with the motherland' speech contest, in order to allow the 08-level cadres to fully communicate with the 09-level cadres, I did not personally participate in it. I first let the 08-level cadres write the plan with only one theme. Pre-preparation materials such as scoring standards, staffing arrangements and notices to train their planning skills and work scheduling skills, I checked and modified, and finally the 08 and 09 student cadres were fully responsible. In the "First Teacher Comprehensive Skills Competition", I participated in the field work of each game. This is the first competition. I think that the first step in the student union is to clarify the responsibilities.
