We decided to hold the first university career planning contest selection in the hospital.

According to the spirit of the archives of the school league committee, we will focus on the theme of the competition to win at the starting point and pursue excellence. Participants are all 2010 full-time undergraduates. In order to improve the competition of the players in our school competition, we did some work:

1. Extensive mobilization. University career planning is the basis for students to carry out career planning, and will create a good start for college freshmen to take a good life path. The colleges should carry out in-depth publicity and mobilization, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and strive to expand the participation of the activities.

2. System training. To create conditions for the students to participate in the competition, we invited Zhang Jinjun from the hospital to come to the new students to carry out university career planning training to help them learn the necessary knowledge and methods for college career planning.

3. Carefully organized. It is necessary to insist on the selection from class to college to school. It is necessary to help the new students organize the selection work within the class, arrange the preliminaries in the class, and promptly guide the contestants who participate in the school-level competition to improve the planning book and the ppt courseware.

After the selection of layers, we finally selected three students, including Wang Cong, to enter the school-level rematch. However, due to the mistakes in our work, we did not communicate well with the contestants, so that the players did not understand the time and place of the competition, and finally the competition was fast. In order to give play to the advanced leading role of excellent dormitory groups in learning, work and ideology, the Student Union of our school has carried out the “three-level construction” evaluation in the undergraduate student apartments under the leadership of the hospital committee and the Youth League Committee.

On November 11th, the Class Committee of the Life Department of the Hospitality Department of the Ministry of Health gave a notice of the activities of the “Level 3 Home” to each class. The “three-level home construction” selection activity carried out in our hospital was recognized by the teachers and students. In order to help students create a simple, healthy and harmonious living environment and enhance the spirit of solidarity and mutual help among the students, our department has carried out the new dormitory design competition of our school under the guidance of the Student Life Department of the school.

During the design of the bedroom, our department organized the relevant personnel to guide them, and invited the representatives of the award-winning dormitory members in the previous dormitory design to tell the experience of the new students, and strive to make their design more creative.

The evaluation at the hospital level was completed by the Ministry of Life and the life committee of each class. The evaluation scores on the health, safety and design of the dormitory. 5, dormitory mobilization

On November 17th and November 28th, our department held the mobilization of the first and second quarters of the third session of the School of Social Sciences. Due to the large amount of time spent on the layout of the venue, the chaos of the order at the opening ceremony, etc., which was scheduled to start at 19:00, was postponed to 19:20, because these factors were not taken into account when scheduling the time. The party ended at 21:40. Secondly, the first link, although the adoption of ppt has a certain new meaning, but the playback of ppt has not been consistent with the introduction of the players, causing the players on the stage to panic and cold, which directly affects the quality of the event. 7. Chess competition

The IQ Sports Club is one of the special events of the Social College since its inception in 1991. It has become a unique landscape in our hospital. Chess competition is one of the most important special events. The chess competition has been held by the Ministry of Life and Security of the Students' Union . This year, in order to make this event a special event, we have truly become the brand activity of the IQ Games. 8, routine health check

Health inspection is the constant throughout our work and the focus of our work. Our department regularly conducts regular inspections on the hygiene of each bedroom, publishes the results of the inspections in a timely manner, and explains the relevant health knowledge to ensure that students live and study in a clean, healthy and healthy environment.
