In order to better serve the teachers and students, after a long period of study by the student union , combined with the actual situation of the school, all departments have redrafted the inspection regulations and scoring rules, which are comprehensively reflected in the “Guohua Memorial Middle School Civilization Class Evaluation Method”. These rules and regulations enable our management to proceed in a healthy and orderly manner, greatly improving the efficiency of work and the gold content of civilized classes. In order to cultivate the overall quality of the student union cadres, the cadres participated in the training course for student leaders. In the past, the student unions started their work mainly to enrich the students' extracurricular life, relying on their own ideas and efforts. Through the president and ministers' regular meetings, symposiums, questionnaires, opinion mailboxes, and Guohua Forum, we have collected opinions and suggestions from students, and obtained information in a timely and accurate manner so that the work is targeted. This year, the Student Union sent and received questionnaires twice, nearly 700, received more than ten letters of opinion, and held 16 ministerial meetings, which received good results.

During the work of the 7th Student Union , they started from the aspects of society, life, literature, sports, and learning. In the course of this work, some difficulties were encountered. Some of the main students were unwilling to accept strict requirements and were dissatisfied with the student council 's move. We obviously feel the pressure is great. At this time, Teacher Yin, Teacher Huang and Teacher Zhang gave us great support. After the student club slowly adjusted, the work was successfully completed. I have summarized all the above work in short text. For the student union members who carry out these activities, each work result is the result of their hard work for weeks or even months. For example, students who check housekeeping spend twenty or thirty minutes a day and hold a party. They must be prepared for at least 20 days and more than one month. The just-completed dormitory cup volleyball league lasts for 20 days and has 4 points per day. Eight members of the sports department served as referees to organize competitions. The students are not familiar with the work of the student union . The management system is not perfect enough, and small mistakes occur from time to time. The informationization construction of the Student Union has not yet been carried out, the equipment of the broadcasting station is simple, and the quality of the festival needs to be strengthened. The students did not care enough about the school construction, and the comments were not positive. We did not fully mobilize the enthusiasm of everyone, and did not establish a strict mechanism to effectively handle the opinions of the students. This has led to the phenomenon of being old-fashioned, procrastinating, low-lying, and separated from student work. Therefore, I sincerely hope that the 8th Student Union will be able to open up new ideas for work, strengthen theoretical study, improve various rules and regulations, and improve work enthusiasm and work efficiency.
