At noon, four of our CUHK students, as well as Huali Youth Volunteers and students from the Guangzhou Institute of Business and Technology, had lunch at a child's home. The children are very eager to say hello to us, we play basketball, badminton and skipping rope together, and the time with them is really happy and worry-free.

After the small ceremony, Xiao Shu let us officially start classes for the children. After the introduction, we started the formal lecture. Let's play a game called "Big Wind Blowing". A lot of riddles, and other children are very smart, and soon guessed the answer, but the children are very happy. In the process, the child sometimes thinks positively about various answers. Maybe there is only one answer in the eyes of others, but in order to stimulate the child's motivation and enhance the children's self-confidence, I said: "As long as you can explain yourself The reason, your answer is right, everyone has their own answers, everyone has their own unique side." After listening to the children, they immediately said a lot of answers, I have given them They applauded. Xiaoguang teaches the food chain to attract children. The children are active and can speak many animals. They are not as ignorant as we originally thought. The cat boy and the boys behind have a good time, take pictures for them, and draw their attention from our classroom. In fact, he is quite a boy, and the boy is particularly sticky.
The time spent with the children seems to be very short. Two hours passed quickly. The children brought us a lot of unexpected things. The children told us that they hope we can bring them happiness and knowledge. Maybe it's that simple but we can't do it.
After finishing the class that day, Xiao Shu took us to another child's house for dinner. Xiao Shu bought the vegetables and fish himself. We also picked the oysters and papaya. The dinner that day was particularly sweet and delicious. The children also came to us to play, but the night completely covered the entire mountain village. Xiao Shu did not let the children go home so late, because the parents would worry. The rain was still dripping, the mud road was pitted, and the children were still reluctant behind us. The sadness on the faces of the children made me feel very painful and could not bear to let them leave.
That night, we also had business school classmates chatting on the rooftop, playing games and talking about some of their own experiences. In fact, each of us has our own unique experiences and experiences. Only communication can understand each other. We are very happy, Xiao Shu also talked about some of his own experiences, which makes us hard to forget.
The next day, we got up very early, and one of our four students and a classmate from the business school went to a child's house for breakfast - lean meat porridge, very delicious. After breakfast, we started class, because we only have an hour or so of class time, so we can't teach each child the lessons they have prepared. I feel very pleased. I saw the children thinking seriously. I think even if some children can't write them, at least they will work hard in the future. In the end, we also taught the children a song, let the children split into two teams, and see who sang better. The children are very hard to sing, maybe they all want their team to win, so they learn to sing seriously. Some boys didn’t dare to speak, they were infected, and they sang. Later, we gave the children some sweets.
Most afraid of parting, but always have a moment of separation. The children’s eyes are full of disappointment. Isn’t there anything we can’t bear?
This is some of our process experience. We have encountered many difficulties in this trip to Lingshan, but we have fun in the bitterness. In fact, we have a lot of deficiencies:
1. Our courses are not sufficiently specific, and many external factors are not considered thoughtful. For example, weather, site conditions, etc. In the future, we must consider a few more options to prevent unnecessary needs.
2, classroom order problems, in the course of the class, students who do not have lectures must cooperate with other students to maintain order, and not to draw the attention of the child. For example, this time, because of the students taking pictures, they have aroused great interest from children and have no intention of taking classes. Our team awareness is not strong enough, we don't have a team spirit, and we don't have a tacit understanding.
3. We are not active enough to communicate with our children after class, and we have not fully utilized our talents. We have more exchanges with Xiao Shu and other school students. Suggestions:
1. The best course plan for the students is to consider the details in detail, and more preparations for writing the program can be used at will.
2, give gifts to children, gifts must be the same uniform, can not be given more points.
3, self-introduction, it is best to have a child's easy to remember name.
4, if the child praises more praise, find out the child's advantages and tell him. Sincere communication with the child, appropriate emotional input.
5, the class should pay more attention to some children who are particularly naughty and silent, and make appropriate appropriate treatment.
