The Department of Learning has always been one of the most important departments in the Student Union . It is responsible for the management, attendance, and hosting of related activities for all students in the school. I feel very honored to be the head of the study department, and I have a long way to go. In order to effectively carry out the study of our students, our department actively carries out various activities related to learning to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of everyone to learn and create a good learning atmosphere for everyone.

Activities are well known, and activities are an important measure of the ability of department members to do things. We have always carried out a series of activities closely related to learning with the aim of serving our classmates.
Level 07 is a grade that just entered the university. They are still very unfamiliar with university life and study, so we actively carried out activities aimed at improving the learning ability of freshmen. The “New and Old Student Exchange” and the “Professional Communication” held by the placements allow all freshmen to have a comprehensive understanding of the university life they are about to start and the majors they choose. The speech contest "Welcome to the 17th National Congress and strive to be a qualified university student" also gave them a deep understanding of the important tasks shouldered by college students in the new era. The launch of the "New Year Cup Debating Competition" has enabled more students to experience the richness of university life.
Level 06 is the middle strength of the university. Their main task is to complete the Computer Provincial Level 2 Examination and the English Level 4 Examination in accordance with the regulations of the school while completing the professional study. Before the computer exam last year, we had an experience exchange meeting on classmates in all the students who required the exam. The seniors who have achieved excellent results at level 05 provide their most valuable information for their upcoming students with their experience, and the results of the examinations are quite gratifying compared with similar departments. In the first week of school this year, we have carried out a breakdown of the results of each class, and ranked the students in each class according to the weighting. The study committee also analyzed the scores of various subjects, and the pass rate and the excellent rate were also summarized. Each specific material has been handed over to the counselor. Our work in this semester focused on the preparation of the English Level 4 exam. The early self-study system officially started in the third week, stipulates that each class must start self-study from 7:20 in the morning. For classes that do not have one or two classes, we also try our best to help them arrange the classroom. And the system will change in mid-May, and the time may be as early as seven. With regard to the mock exams on Wednesday night and the hearing on Friday and Sunday, we also did a lot of publicity work among the classmates.
The 05 level activities are mainly concentrated on the teacher skills training. For the preliminary competitions of the provincial mathematics competition and the non-mathematical competition, the training activities are also carried out step by step.
There are also some regular activities, such as daily attendance and final exam mobilization meetings and summaries that must be held every semester.

People's Traces Because the number of homes is a large number of large courtyards, the members of our school's study department are more than other departments or other departments. There is a total of one minister, three deputy ministers and three grade ministers. In addition, in order to better complete the complicated work, we also have eight officers.
There are many people who have the benefits, for example, there will be a lot of help in doing things, but there may be chaos, so I am very cautious in assigning work.
Ministers of all grades must manage the basic affairs of the grade, such as attendance, related activities and tasks assigned by the teacher of the Academic Affairs Office. The deputy ministers must do a comprehensive management work based on the work of the ministers of various ages. For example, the Vice-Chairman of the Attendance shall sort out the attendance records handed over by the ministers of each grade every week, and make complete materials to be handed over to the Academic Affairs Office or the counselor; the activities of the Deputy Minister of Activities must be closely coordinated with the ministers of the current grade. Coordination; and the Deputy Minister of Materials will be rooted in the remaining two deputy ministers, and the three grade ministers will contact each other to communicate the materials of the entire department. Fortunately, the people in our department are very united, which also makes my work well.
The officers are also an indispensable part of our department. In particular, some activities carried out in the new life are like debates. The role of the officers in the middle is not to be underestimated. Of course, not all eight officers have been working diligently, and several of them will be lazy at some crucial moments. I first took a persuasion and hoped that they could restrain themselves. At the same time, I also cultivated officers who have strong ability to work in this group to train talents for the future study department.

I remember the time when I held a freshman speech contest. The review of several foreign hospitals that I had requested was absent because of temporary problems. At that time, it was only two hours before the game. The situation at that time made me very nervous. After all, it was the first large-scale event in the middle of the freshman year! It was also very difficult to contact other judges at that time, and I was prepared to work with several deputy ministers of our department. Who knows that half a hour before the start of the game, suddenly saw the vice president of the law school walk into our competition venue. When I asked, I knew that the president of the hospital sent him as a representative to be judged. Oh, the chairman of the law school is still quite a face! Later, the vice chairman served as the guest of the competition, and the results were not bad. I finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Another time was the "eight-academy freshmen debate" sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts. Our school is the host institution, and the time is scheduled to be in the third week of re-examination. Our school only has a large classroom like 309, but 309 belongs to the adult education office. We must use the application to be approved. Finally, the teacher who rooted in the teaching determined the classroom, but he told us that there would be a supplementary exam on the day, which must be completed at six. It is absolutely impossible to change the time and place. At six o'clock, the seven-point debate must begin on time. Only one hour, we must be prepared for all the facilities needed for the debate. That hour has still made me a deep image. A group of people moved to move the table, put the water on the water, and get the slides... With the joint efforts of a large group of people, the debate finally took place on time. Standing in the back row of the 309 classroom, watching the normal game, my heart was surrounded by a heartfelt happiness. Thanks to our excellent work, the organizer also awarded us an "Excellent Organization Award", and finally got some spiritual comfort!
There are countless trivial things like this, but I am fortunate to be able to make a fuss every time. Every time I feel very relieved after a period of tension. I deeply liked our department, and I liked the group that we acted effectively and effectively, and liked the sincere smiles of all members of our department. After a lot of work, we got a good workout in this department. I believe that in the days to come, we can all accomplish our mission with higher enthusiasm.
