These specific tasks have made me realize that, unlike the functions of other departments, the work of our supervisory department has a deeper connotation. On the surface, we are engaged in the collection, supervision and verification of information. At a deeper level, we are more like liaison and coordinating the work of other departments. We must not only organize and summarize the information of other departments. We must also pay attention to the solidarity and cooperation between the ministry and the ministry. The work we are doing is of great significance. Although I learned a lot of knowledge in the daily work of the information supervisor, I also got a lot of exercise. First, the job function should be deepened. Information inspectors cannot and should not be limited to making meeting minutes and engaging in statistics such as statistics and statements. On the contrary, we should carry out some work to inspect the work behaviors of various ministries, such as the uncivilized phenomenon in the work of the Ministry of Life, the leakage of the wind during the work of the Ministry of Discipline, etc.;

Second, more specific and effective work should be done. Our department is not as detailed as the Ministry of Life, and the Ministry of Discipline is so specific, but it cannot be said that our department is famous or even doing nothing. In short, let the outsiders know that we are constantly doing the necessary and meaningful work;

Finally, we should strengthen publicity and establish the image of most of the Ministry of Supervision and Supervision. I have heard people from other ministries say that the job of our information supervisor is to listen to their meetings. This is of course a misunderstanding, but it also shows that our propaganda work is not done enough, and our work is not really understood. The best publicity is action.
