Women's work summary

The Ministry of Women's Work is a department that serves the majority of girls. It is gradually maturing with the help and care of all the members of the Student Union . The wings are getting fuller. In the flourishing development, we have formed a work style of unity and truth-seeking work, and strive to serve all the girls. Our main function is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female college students, to cultivate the spirit of self-esteem, self-love, self-reliance and self-improvement of female college students, to enrich the life of girls, to activate girls' thinking, and to build a girl culture with university characteristics. We have been working hard to do practical things for girls, to care for girls, to understand girls, and to constantly improve our management system. We always hope that through our efforts, we can communicate the feelings of boys and girls, build healthy friendships and improve the female college students. The comprehensive quality makes girls a beautiful landscape on campus.

With the advent of the new school year, the work of the Ministry of Women’s Work has also started. The work of the first semester of the Ministry of Women’s Work in 2009-10 is summarized as follows:

First, daily work

1. Actively cooperate with the school league committee and student union to do daily work, and do a good job in the construction of the student union office and the formulation of various activities.

2. Construction of internal organization discipline organization of the Ministry of Women's Work. In the work, the Ministry of Women’s Work focused on the daily standardized education of internal members. The duty system, the regular attendance system and the work reporting system were effectively implemented, and the comprehensive evaluation of the work initiative and work efficiency of the officers was put forward.

3. Effectively perform duty work. The Ministry of Women's Work has established a perfect duty system. Under the premise of ensuring the completion of work tasks, the quality will be upgraded to a new level. The officers will truly be "courtesy to receive guests and serve the students wholeheartedly" in the process of duty.

Second, the key work

1. Officer training. The issue of officer development is related to the quality of the student union's schedule. Therefore, the Ministry of Women’s Work regards the issue of the training of officers as a priority work. To this end, the Ministry of Women's Work has developed a comprehensive training program for officers to ensure that all future work is carried out in an orderly and efficient manner while taking into account both ideological development and capacity development.

2. Coordinate the work of the women's work department of each hospital.

3. Regularly organize lectures on skin care, makeup, etiquette for girls, mental health and health for girls.

4. Ideological education for members of the Ministry of Women's Workers to ensure the good ideological and political quality, correct working attitude, long-lasting work enthusiasm and strong sense of responsibility of internal members.

In short, in the work of our department for half a year, the progress of all the work has been basically smooth and has achieved certain results, but there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, we must seriously summarize the work experience and lessons, and make persistent efforts in the future work to achieve better results, to better serve the public, and to make our school's girls work to a higher level.
