5. Department attendance reform and effectiveness:
During the semester, our department made the following reforms to the attendance work. This shows the serious rigor and fairness of our work, and the staff There is a stronger sense of mission during attendance; secondly, we canceled the requirement that students who are absent from class must write a review book, and instead use the use of the fact sheet, which greatly reduces the students’ feelings of attendance and is more human. Our work can also be carried out smoothly, effectively avoiding external interference. Finally, the attendance verification work is also very detailed, we will use the weekend time to find the various classes of the school committee, face-to-face communication and verification of their class attendance, to avoid the error of attendance statistics.

6. Problems and countermeasures at work
a) The phenomenon of picking up during the attendance process is more serious. In response to this situation, we will report the class to the hospital, and increase the attendance of this class, as far as possible to avoid the attendance of the class is also a good countermeasure.
b) The teacher drags the class and delays the class time to affect the development of attendance. In this case, our attendance team only waits patiently outside the classroom, and if necessary, gives the teacher a gesture to indicate the class or choose another class.
c) The attendance course conflicts with the course of my attendance team members. In this case, we will choose the appropriate class attendance for the appropriate class, and will also change the class in each attendance team, so that the attendance and attendance team members can learn correctly.
d) When attendance members first contact with attendance work, they are over-excited and rude. In response to this phenomenon, we will unify the attendance language at the departmental meeting and unify the work flow. This situation has been reversed in a short period of time.

Through our unremitting efforts and the implementation of strict attendance system, the situation of absenteeism of our students in this semester has obviously improved significantly compared with the previous semester. 1. On-duty reform.
The duty reform is mainly reflected in the work signage. We have made a new work permit, which is different from the attendance certificate of our department. This new work permit covers basic information such as the name and class of the officer. This makes it easier to serve teachers and classmates better and become a link between teachers and students.

4. The problem that the work expectation process is unfamiliar, we will cultivate their own ability to do things independently, and let them gradually become familiar with the process and mode.
