The past semester is a period of leaping development of the school's civilized inspector team. Looking back at the work in this period, we feel very gratified. In this semester, both the minister and the officer have always adhered to the fundamental tenet of “serving the classmates” and carried out self-management activities to help the school create a good academic atmosphere, so as to strive for excellence and do better.

I. Overall review of the work

Based on the routine, do the job well

Stability is the foundation of all innovations. The smooth development of various activities has benefited from the orderly conduct of routine work. This is the consensus in the work of cadres. Therefore, in the past year, we have always insisted on standing on the basis of our work and seeing the truth in the subtleties. Complete our work by quality and quantity.

Do a good job in the new job, inject new blood into the organization

In accordance with the work plan and actual situation of the Civilization Inspectorate, we completed the recruitment of student cadres in September, and selected suitable candidates on the principle of merit-based admission, fairness, justice and openness. After three rounds of interviews and a one-month trial period, we finally selected a group of active, serious and responsible student cadres.

Improve internal management mechanisms and promote the continuous development of the organization

Things are constantly evolving. Only by continuous learning and innovation can we adapt to the requirements of the development of the times! Since the civilized inspector team is still in the development stage, the various rules and regulations are still not perfect, so we constantly put forward new requirements according to the actual situation, improve the original system, realize the institutionalization of organization and management, and make the organization and department work legally available. In addition to the local work, the department also continuously deepens and improves the internal working mechanism, optimizes the division of labor as much as possible, and gives full play to the potential of each member of each department, so that everyone in the work process Feeling full and without burden, at the same time, everyone can learn from each other, gather the wisdom of all, and work together well.

Organize special events to build a harmonious campus

One semester has passed by, but the activities of various departments can be said to be methodical and follow the pace. Our department has planned the “Civilization Month” series of activities in November of this semester. The content includes “desk culture” activities and themed essay activities. Photo exhibition activities, team gathering activities and "civilized office" appraisal activities have enriched the second class life of students to varying degrees, prospered the campus culture and advocated the wind of civilization.

The achievements of this semester depend on the joint efforts of our organized cadres, especially the freshmen and new officers. We will continue to maintain a non-arrogant style and look forward to achieving better results!

Second, work experience and deficiencies

While affirming the scores, we also clearly see the shortcomings of our own existence. For example, the rationality and organizational coordination of personnel arrangements in the course of activities still need to be further improved; various emergencies such as banners appear during the activities. Errors in inkjet printing should be verified in advance; in the face of the inconvenience caused by the work with College Road and the secondary colleges, we need to further strengthen coordination and exchanges.

Third, work prospects

In the new semester, our department will formulate a work plan and strive to create new achievements. We will seriously summarize and correct the shortcomings. In view of this, we have clarified our ideas and initially established the following tasks:

Actively implement their duties, such as propaganda position management, study style examination;

Implement a general system of officers to enrich the work of the officers;

Intensify efforts to improve the quality of the department to meet the requirements of serving the majority of students;

Strengthen contact with the outside world, increase exchanges and cooperation with the student unions of the school, the student associations of the second-level colleges, and learn valuable experience;
