Time flies, the years are like a shuttle. The end of 2019, the work of the Department of Tourism's Outreach Department is nearing completion. During the semester, with the joint efforts of all members of the External Relations Department, we have achieved excellent results. In the course of work, everyone pays wholeheartedly, taking the interests of the department as the premise, working hard and studying hard. Although there are still many shortcomings, we have seen that the Outreach Department has been gradually becoming mature since its establishment. Results.

In September 2011, we welcomed a new school year and a new starting point for the work of the Department of External Relations. The injection of fresh blood has brought vitality to our department. In September, we first carried out recruiting activities. "Zhao Xin" is for our freshman. Through the initial selection and re-examination of the layers, our department has absorbed five new members.

First of all, we have clarified the discipline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and further managed and done the work of the Department of External Relations with a rigorous and scientific approach. Secondly, we summarize the previous work experience and success stories, and use it as a model and research material for new members. Everyone discussed and clarified the main tasks of this semester and decided the time for the next regular meeting. Afterwards, some issues related to the management of the department and the work arrangement of the department were discussed. Some new arrangements and adjustments have been made to the work schedule for this semester. Our semester-changing principles have made appropriate changes to this semester to make our work more reasonable. At the same time, we are still exploring our work arrangements and methods of work.

The Outreach Department completed its previous goals in the current semester and achieved the expected results in the activities. It also produced a good response among the students. However, we still exposed a lot of problems during the event and we need to improve. In order to sum up the experience and strengthen its own construction, we will summarize the work of the department during the semester.

The Department of External Relations organized the following activities during the semester: “Welcome New” activities, Tourism Forum and “Double-Selection” activities, “Bedroom Beautification Competition”, “12·9 English Speech Contest”, a series of New Oriental English Lectures, Career Planning Lectures And participated in various activities organized by other departments. These activities are summarized as follows:

First, the "welcome new" activities

Our department actively contacted major enterprises. Finally, we actively communicated and negotiated with Master Kang to obtain the materials needed by our department. At the same time, we also promoted the related aspects for the sponsors of Master Kong, so that the interests of our department and sponsors were guaranteed the most. We have made sufficient material preparation and related work for the tourism department's 2019 orientation work, which has enabled the orientation work to proceed smoothly and left a good impression on the 09 freshmen and new parents.

Second, tourism talent exchange forum and "double election" activities

Our department has made basic preparations for the double-election meeting, arranged the venue for the double-election meeting, prepared the event planning documents beforehand, and actively negotiated cooperation with the sponsor Unicom, and strived for relevant materials in the propaganda. The influence of the conference has been expanded to make it fully and effectively help graduates. Fully display each enterprise and build a good platform for job seekers to find a job opportunity.

Third, the bedroom beautification contest

Our department actively coordinated, communicated and cooperated with the regular departments responsible for the beautification contest of the bedroom to help the regular departments to successfully complete the event. And contact the sponsor to provide prizes for the winning bedroom of the landscaping contest. Our department provided conditions for the smooth progress of this event. It fully demonstrates the talents of the students, which is conducive to becoming a comprehensive talent for comprehensive development with good learning and practical ability.

4. "12.9 English Speech Contest"

Our department actively contacted the sponsors to provide prizes for the winners, to make arrangements for the venue, and to do logistics support. Prepared for the English speech contest, provided conditions for the smooth progress of the competition, and once again showed the style of the tourism department in the whole hospital.

V. Career Planning Lecture

College students must first recognize the importance of career planning. Career activities will accompany us for most of our lives and have a successful career to achieve a perfect life. Many college students have a career plan or a cold-eyed relative, or they have no choice but to make the plan flow in form, or to “plan” with their own interests regardless of subjective and objective conditions. Therefore, our department cooperated with the merchants and organized This kind of lecture made the students know that career planning is of special significance.

Sixth, New Oriental Series English Lecture

New Oriental is a sponsored business of our long-term cooperation. In the real life of learning, English is extremely important. Through cooperation with New Oriental, our department has organized a series of English lectures to provide students with a platform and opportunity to learn English and improve themselves.

During the semester's activities and work, we also found some problems in the Department of External Relations and areas for improvement.

I. Problems arising from the work of the Minister during the event:

Since the officers of this semester are new members who have just joined the Department of External Relations, much of the work of the Department of External Relations is not very familiar. During the semester, all of our activities were coordinated by the ministers and discussed. The officers did not participate in the organization of the activities. They only did some specific work, which led to the organization of many activities after the semester. Not very familiar, and did not play the role of an exercise officer.

Second, the problems in the work of the officers during the event:

First of all, through the observation of the officers in the course of the activities, the officers found that the officers only made arrangements for the work. In many cases, the overall situation of the activities was not clear, and there was no overall understanding of the activities, which led to the work process. All kinds of mistakes. Secondly, due to the lack of experience, officers have a poor ability to handle things when they encounter unexpected events in their work, complicating some very easy things.

In connection with these problems in the Department, the Minister organized the discussion and planned to organize the activities in the next semester to allow the officers to participate in the whole process, and the officers themselves organized some activities independently to achieve the purpose of training officers and increase their experience.

After summarizing the activities and work of this semester, I found some problems that need to be solved and proposed solutions. In this semester's work, we unite our classmates, strengthen the contact and communication between the various departments within the student union , and with the departmental departments, the colleges and universities, and learn from each other. The relationship between the foreign university and other universities, enhance the understanding and contact between the student union and other colleges, and more beneficial to learn the fine style of other school students ' associations, bring the good practices of other colleges and universities back to their own schools, and make the school good.
