Student Council Secretariat Work Summary


In the last semester of the 2011-2012 school year, under the leadership of the Youth League Committee and the Presidium, in accordance with the principles of improving the work of the Student Union and serving students, we completed the established work and organized a number of student activities to guide the students. Development, coordination of the work of the various departments of the Student Union , to provide quality services for the students. In order to sum up the experience and carry out the work of the next semester, the Secretariat is now reporting to the organization on the work of the Secretariat during the semester:

I. Main work and activities

1. Attendance work

(1) Regular attendance: responsible for attendance at each regular meeting

(2) Activity attendance: responsible for attendance of each event

2. Press release work

(1) Organizing lectures: In this semester, I was mainly responsible for the lectures of Teacher Su Shan, Teacher Qiu Hua and Teacher Zhang Tianzhu.

(2) Activity report: This semester is mainly responsible for singer competition, tug-of-war competition, movie week and other activities.

3. The contents of the department's data collation:

(1) Attendance record: The attendance records of each regular meeting will be organized and saved.

(2) Regular meeting minutes: Organize the minutes of the regular meeting and upload the blog of the Secretariat on the same day.

(3) Work summary: monthly department work summary drafting.

4. Internal communication: At the end of each regular meeting, an internal meeting will be held to express their views on the previous work and exchanges within the department.

Second, problems and improvements

Attendance part:

1. Adjust the check-in method: The number of participants in the regular meeting is large. Although it is signed by the department, it cannot avoid short-term confusion. In the next semester, the attendance will be recorded in a tabular list. It only needs to be ticked behind the list to save time and effort and improve the efficiency of sign-in. However, discipline must be strengthened to ensure that it is not signed.

1. The timeliness of news articles is something we need to pay attention to. There are a lot of late submissions in the submission of many press releases during the semester. In the next semester, you will be informed early, prepare samples early, organize research and study ways to improve efficiency, and improve the refinement work.

2. 1. Refer to the article of the previous senior school sister, absorb the essence, and strive to write concise and vivid, clear and correct. At the same time, the activities in the departments, the new things on campus can be our news materials.

The starting point of the semester arrangement work is mainly to ensure the quality of work, thus forming a more scientific management system and working methods, doing a good job of basic work, so that the newly reorganized department will quickly adapt to and keep up with the pace of work of the Student Union . Along with the maturity of management systems and working methods, many phenomena have emerged. For example, the members do not know enough, the work content can not keep up with the improvement of the quality of work, the management system and working methods appear rigid and single phenomenon, and the work decisions are mainly concentrated in the management lack of departmental discussion. These issues will be urgently solved in the next semester.

solution:

1. Sub-group zero, rectify the original 5 groups, reorganize into 3 groups, and arrange the team leader according to the characteristics of the members. Enhance the professionalism and efficiency of the team. And set up a team member adjustment schedule. This will not only make members familiar with each other, but also enable the 09 members to understand the focus of different groups.

2. Make progress in working methods and tasks on the premise of ensuring efficiency and pragmatic principles

Hold a discussion meeting within the department, discuss the work content of the lecture, the working standards of the meeting minutes, the content of the attendance work, the discussion of the preliminary preparation of the press release, and the progress and refinement. Provide control objectives for work.

3, more active and innovative work

Innovation is not an empty talk. Innovation can be innovated in any work detail, and how to maintain innovation in the growth of the department is a problem that must be paid attention to after forming. In the second half of the semester, the Secretariat will see innovation and gradually develop awareness of innovation. Continue to sum up successful examples and work around the individual abilities of members.

4, strengthen the exchange of departments and departments

The exchange of members of the Secretariat and the communication of the Secretariat with other departments should be more closely coordinated. At the same time, many activities in the school must be carried out jointly by the Secretariat and other departments. We have to contact with other department members and communicate with each other in order to complete the work better.

Third, look to the future

The Secretariat has continued to grow in practice, strive to improve its own level, and has accumulated useful experience for future work. In the new semester work, our department will sum up experience under the leadership of the Youth League Committee, find out the shortcomings and learn from the past. Excellent style, dedication, and persistent efforts, and strive to improve the work level of the department, better serve the student union , and push the student union to a higher level.
