In this May we did the following work:

First, the graduate party

In May, during the separation season, the school elders will soon leave the school and complete the perfect transition from students to social youth. Therefore, our social work department intends to hold this party, and teachers and students gather together to relive the warmth of the past. Let them stay in school and be grateful to the school when they leave.

The first is preparation. In order to better host this party, our department actively responded to the arrangement of the department leaders, collected and screened the programs, urged them to rehearse, and organized the dance talents of the department to rehearse and rehearse a few gorgeous and dynamic dances. The third is to work collaboratively with other departments. In the early stage of the graduates' evening, members of our department assisted other departments in purchasing fruits and cakes. The night before the party, my department members assisted other departments in setting up the party venue.

Finally, the work after the formal start of the party. On the evening of the graduate party, our department played an important role, and the members of the department gathered together and worked hard to make the party perfect. Most of the members of the department were the performers of the night, but they did not idle their work, and after they finished the show, they went into work and did not complain about their fatigue. Under the supervision and guidance of our department leaders and various departments, the party program was very successful. The party ended satisfactorily. We held this party for the soon-to-be-seen seniors and school sisters in the laughter and tears, and let them accept our blessings and teachers' expectations at the time of separation.

Second, the chorus competition

After the successful completion of the graduates' evening, our department was fully engaged in the chorus competition. After completing the collection of chorus personnel and determining the songs and chorus tracks, the department began the training of the chorus competition.

First of all, the training venue and training time are determined. Due to the weather, our department decided to set the training venue in the classroom. The venue will change with the weather. For example, if the weather turns fine, we will set the training venue in Rome. Open space such as the square. In terms of training time, our department decided to adopt a stricter time system and seize all the time available for rehearsal. Secondly, looking for a teacher to guide the rehearsal, in order to improve the level of chorus, we specially invited a professional teacher to guide. Under the guidance of the teacher, the level of chorus has been significantly improved.

In addition, while members of our department are seriously studying the songs and choral songs, they seriously consider the singing and fancy of the songs. In the chorus rehearsal, members of our department worked together to complete the attendance work and set a good leading role in the rehearsal.

In order to ensure the timely participation of the people participating in the chorus competition, we also specially asked the leaders and teachers of the department to complete the attendance work, on the one hand to supervise and guide the chorus members, on the other hand, to cheer for the chorus members and cheer. This approach has a significant effect. Coupled with the guidance of the instructor, the level of chorus is increasing day by day.

At present, the rehearsal of the chorus competition is still in progress, and members of our department are still busy. I hope that my chorus competition will be successful and achieve excellent results.

The drizzle in May did not ignite our passion. On the contrary, our members have been working hard and paid a clear return. The fruits of the harvest are the best witnesses. Of course, while achieving results, we still have many shortcomings:

First, the tacit understanding of work is not high. In all activities, our department members failed to reach 100% tacit understanding, which led to some work not being perfect.

Second, the ability to change work is not strong. When the program changes during the work, it can't respond in time, resulting in unsatisfactory work performance and low program quality.

On the occasion of June, we will seriously summarize the shortcomings and shortcomings in May's work. I hope that in June, we will no longer have such problems, and at the same time correct the mistakes we made in May and make up for us. Insufficient. I hope that we can work harder in June to better complete our work and develop our department better and better.
