The busy study life is coming to an end, and the work of the Student Union is coming to an end. In addition to working in other departments of the Student Union, this department has organized the Student Union's recruiting, the 7th Campus Singer Contest and the New Year's Day Garden Party.

First, the student will recruit new

The student union recruits new jobs, which is a must-have job for the student union every year. It is a platform for self-integration into the student union and the ability to train new students. The recruitment of our department is divided into three stages: student registration, three rounds of interviews and one month of trial period. Despite the shortage of freshmen this school year, our department still conducts screening of members in strict accordance with the standards of the Student Union . The self-introduced on-the-spot questioning method has thoroughly tested the 09 freshmen on the job appearance and on-the-spot resilience. In recruiting new work, our department has included a total of 9 09-level officers, and the recruitment work has been successfully completed.

Second, the 7th singer contest

The final of the 7th Campus Singer Contest was held in the small auditorium of our hospital on November 22, 2009. It is a large-scale competition that enriches the campus culture, demonstrates its own style, and prepares for the arrival of new students. It is unmatched by other activities in terms of scale and impact. It is not only the focus of our literary and art department, but also the key project of the student union work, which further reflects the spirit of our school. Our ministry has been preparing for the event. In order to enable the students to participate in it better, the Ministry of Literature and Art of the Ministry of the Department of the Ministry of Art has made a publicity campaign through posters, posters and other propaganda methods. In order to improve the quality of the 7th Campus Singer Contest, the Ministry conducted three stages of preliminary, semi-final and final stages, and comprehensively evaluated the singer level, overall image and stage effect of the contestants, and finally determined 12 a player. One week before the start of the final, our department conducted two official rehearsals. At 7pm on the 22nd, the game officially began. Before the start of the competition, our department will arrange the venue, watch the personnel admission time, and assign the on-site tasks. During the game, the sound, props, microphone, reminder, and scoring are all responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of the game.

In response to this event, our department has experienced a lot and also trained our new officers. Of course, there are also some shortcomings in the finals, such as the background order, the host effect and so on. But it was very successful for the whole game. The teachers and students of the whole school gave high praise and caused great repercussions.

Third, New Year's Day Garden Party

In this garden party, our department set up three games: Happy Pass, Zhiyong Chongguan, and the Dragon's 18th Palm Circle. Each game is run by a dedicated person and organized for the entire evening. Among them, the circle of the 18th palm of the dragon has attracted the attention of many students, and it has been widely sought after by students. There are also some flaws and shortcomings in the activity, such as the lack of materials such as balloons and the poor implementation of individual games. On the whole, the whole party was very successful, greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students, making them involved and happy.

The Student Union recruits, the 7th Campus Singer Contest and the New Year's Day Garden Evening, enriching the after-school life of the teachers and students of the whole school, and also cultivating the abilities of our members.
