At this time, when I stepped down from office, I was happy and very sad. The pleasure is that you can free up time for your homework before graduation; what is unfortunate is that we still have work that we have not had time to perfect.

I remember that on December 29, 2019, the 5th Student Union , in a letter to the students of the whole school, expressed the enthusiasm of our new student cadres to serve the whole school! Under the guidance of the school leaders and the school league committee, we have brainstormed in the support of the second-level college student cadres and the students around us. In the work of the past and the future, we keep pace with the times and further improve the students' self-education and self. Management, self-success, self-service, actively participate in and cooperate with the development of the school, constantly improve the construction of the student union , expand the campus cultural activities in the innovation, mature in the tempering; we are worthy of the work goals we have promised .

Let me review the work of this student union as a whole:

First, in terms of organizational system construction: on the basis of the work of the fourth session of the Student Union , selectively inherit and in principle innovation; in its own construction, strict discipline, broaden the mechanism, clarify functions, and refine the division of labor; Guide; created a new department for information development, innovation and entrepreneurship, and other new departments, and further improved the young departments such as the Ministry of Evaluation and Social Practice; in the selection mechanism, the process of selecting and cultivating student officers in various departments was clearly defined. In the campaign process, the current student union will provide a bureau interview and a student cadre competition for the selection of the new backbones of various departments to further examine the language expression of the student cadres, and strive to improve the overall quality of the student cadres and deliver excellent talents for the next student union . In addition, under the leadership of school leaders and the feedback from the work of student leaders, the Student Council reform and construction methods have been formulated, such as the establishment of the Standing Committee of Jiujiang College Student Union , and the promotion of communication between the two levels of student unions .
