The first-semester work-study work of the Ministry of Work of the College of Plant Protection of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in the first semester of the 2011-2012 school year was basically realized through the efforts of all the staff of the Ministry of Work and Environment with the support of the leaders of the college and the leaders of the college and the support of the students. I. Departmental construction this year

This semester's hard work department mainly conducts daily work in the form of groupings. Minister Xie Yujie, deputy minister Sanming, 9 officers. The department has three sub-working groups, part-time groups and internal affairs groups. The three groups are each responsible for three sub-departments, each with a number of officers.

The work-study group is mainly headed by Nie Lei, deputy director. It is mainly responsible for the files of poor students, the cleansing posts arranged by the college, and the work-related tasks such as duty posts.

The part-time group is mainly headed by the vice department Wang Jinji, who is responsible for actively contacting the business inside and outside the school to provide part-time positions in the students' spare time.

The internal affairs team is mainly headed by Wu Suqing, deputy director, responsible for the internal construction of the department, the management of archive funds, and the coordination of activities within the department.

Due to the special nature of the outreach work, there is no outreach team. The three teams also jointly undertake all the outreach matters of the college when they complete their respective tasks, and raise funds for the activities of the student union . Every once in a while we regroup the officers to ensure they have all the training.

Second, the first semester work review:

1. Poor student work

The Ministry of Work and Industry is an important part of the student union . Its main task is to solve some difficulties in the life of students with financial difficulties, bring the warmth of the school and society, and actively do other tasks assigned by the college. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in poor students.

1 At the beginning of the school, the Minister of the Ministry of Education coordinated the qualifications of the poor students of Grades 06, 07 and 08, and was responsible for the collection and collection of materials such as the “Agricultural Bank Loan Application Form” and “Poverty Certificate”.

2 Freshmen enter the school to cooperate with the college to do the reception work. Our department completed the “Green Passage” application for the 09th grade freshmen, helping the students with difficulties to enter the school smoothly.

3 Assisting the college to do the identification work for the poor students in this year. After the class democratic appraisal, the evaluation of the college group, and the publicity of the college, the democratically identified 47 poor students and 137 poor students. Poor and poor students accounted for 20.4% of the total number of students in the hospital. The number of places recognized is basically in line with the pre-allocation of the school.

4 Assisting the college to do the fundraising for the school's internal and external scholarships this year. Off-campus: Xingye Charity Scholarship, Industrial Scholarship, Wangfu Scholarship, Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Scholarship, Super Scholarship, Xinhuadu Scholarship material collection and participation in the selection process.

5 Assist the college to apply for the national student loan this school year. On the basis of a clear understanding of bank loan requirements and the operation of various procedures and the completion of the forms, our staff carefully reviewed all loan information, patiently reviewed, and promptly notified me to correct the problems, and improved the qualification rate of loan materials in our hospital. Make sure that every student who needs a loan can successfully handle it. After the members carefully reviewed the application materials, the undergraduate students of the college submitted a total of 65 loan quotas to the school funding center. The total loan amount is expected to reach 384,000 yuan.

6 On-campus work-study: Assisting the University Student Financial Support Center to complete the application for the work-study positions of the various departments of the school and department in 2011-2019, and to obtain fixed work-time positions for the 40 poor students in the school.

7 In-house work-study: Assisting the college to do the recruitment of the internal work-study staff of the college, with 15 total work-study positions, of which the North District Health Group is jointly managed by the supervision department. 2. Outreach work:

Outreach is the funding for student activities. This semester's outreach work is the work center of the Ministry of Work and Work, and it is also a highlight of our work.

1 In the singing competition to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, our department cooperated with the work requirements of the college to assist in the smooth development of the event. Although the external team has worked hard, due to time and activities, the outreach did not have much effect, but it also learned some experience in outreach work.

2 In the first track and field meeting of the college, our staff won the sponsorship of Xiangu Drinking Water Company, sponsoring funds of 550 yuan, and also won the sponsorship fund of 450 yuan. At the same time, we won 20 top tents from Unicom, 100 barrels of water in Xiangu, and 50 items in canteen work meals, which were well received by teachers and students.

In the outreach work of the college's welcome party, the members actively cooperated with the student union to request the deployment of the party. Our staff went to the next heart and went from school to Fuzhou's major companies. The process was full of difficulties and hardships. After many efforts, we finally won the mission to win the financial support of the main sponsor Dakpai Bag Co., Ltd., as well as makeup, work meals, and program support. The outreach work has been well received by the college teachers and students.

Third, the department is insufficient and improved:

Although the work of the Ministry of Work and Industry has been affirmed and achieved certain results. But no one is perfect, it also has shortcomings that need to be improved.

1 The construction of the departmental system needs to be strengthened. Although the grouping system implemented by the Ministry has achieved good results this year, at the same time, due to the grouping, the communication between the new officers is relatively reduced, and the friendship between the members is not particularly deep. So we will strengthen this work in this semester.

2 During the semester, there are some staff positions in the corridors, and it is difficult for some post settings to play a substantial role. For example, it is more difficult for the patrol patrols to supervise. The next semester should reflect the problem in time, make the post useful, find problems in a timely manner, closely cooperate with the supervision department, and replace if necessary.

3 Due to objective reasons, most of the economic conditions of our students are not very good, and the demand for part-time positions is relatively large. Although our ministry has worked hard, it is inevitable that there will be insufficient jobs, and we will not be able to meet the needs of poor students. We will strengthen our external contacts in the next semester and try our best to support more students and serve our classmates.

4 There is not much communication with other departments. It is recommended that more cooperation between the departments and departments be carried out in the next semester. For example, extracurricular activities that can be jointly organized by the Youth League Committee and the members of the Student Union can be planned to enrich the extracurricular life of the students.

5 Because there are not many publicity columns in the college, and the communication platform of the college students is limited, it is difficult for students to get timely solutions when they have doubts. It is planned to establish a platform for mutual exchange and cooperation in the next semester, such as the blog of the Ministry of Work and Industry. Information is posted online.

Fourth, the department's second semester work prospects:

1 Strengthen and improve the deficiencies in the work of the previous semester, implement the specific work of the department, and formulate the person responsible for the improvement of each work.

2 It is necessary to continue to help students with financial difficulties complete their studies through various forms such as national and provincial government scholarships, a food subsidy, and special hardship subsidies. Explore ways to actively contact the city's chambers of commerce, various social sponsors to fund scholarships, etc., and strive for more student funding to help students get help.

3 Improve the various systems of work-study and work-study, innovate work concepts, and do a good job in the management of work-time positions in the hospital. Actively seek employment for poor students. In response to the early May Day, we will carry out comprehensive promotion work to meet the needs of the majority of students who hope to get exercise during the May Day period.

4 Continue to work hard to expand the number of job-seeking jobs in the school, in the hospital, such as assistants, teaching assistants, research assistants, and support, and timely convey the job recruitment information of various government departments, and further improve the application, review, and review of work-study positions in the school. Management, continue to standardize the work-study work in the form of job fairs, and provide more students with work-study jobs.

5 Actively undertake various activities of the college, plan and carry out a series of special activities of the department, and enhance the cohesiveness of the department. For example, in March of this semester, the department intends to invite the teachers of the School Employment and Employment Center to conduct a training seminar on “interview experience lectures” for part-time students and graduating classmates in the school to improve the employment competitiveness of the students. In April, all departments of the hospital were planned to carry out outdoor quality development activities based on the existing facilities of the Pioneer Park to enhance the cohesiveness of the various departments of the Youth League Committee. In May, with the support of the teacher, we plan to cooperate with other departments or the Kunming Association to hold a school-level activity with the characteristics of the hospital.
