The township XX annual adult education work is under the correct leadership of the township party committee and the township government. Focusing on the fundamental goal of building a new socialist countryside, guided by the market economy and social needs, and serving the "three rural", the focus is on developing XX economic, practical technical training and rural labor transfer training. Over the past year, through the joint efforts of all of you, we have successfully completed the tasks for the whole year.
First, efforts to grasp various trainings and enhance the training of labor quality are the key tasks of the adult education center school. The rural labor transfer training is the core part of the training of adult education, and it is an important measure for farmers to become rich and run a well-off society and build a harmonious society. In the past year, a total of 22 training courses for various types of rural labor skills have been held, with 2,332 training sessions and more than 710 employment guidance trainings. Through training, 1,270 people were effectively transferred.
In the training, according to the actual situation of the economic development of our township, we also specialized in the training of pig breeding techniques in various villages. Through training, the technical level of farmers in our township has improved and the economic benefits have increased significantly.
Second, increase the transfer of employment output, increase farmers' incomes, take measures, and organize and guide rural surplus laborers to go out to work. The purpose of the training is to transfer employment. The key to transferring employment is how to organize surplus labor to go out to work. To this end, we have taken various measures to organize the work of wealthy laborers through collective organization recommendation, unit recruitment, personal introduction, and employment of labor units, so that the surplus labor force in rural areas can be rationally and orderly flowed, and the idle labor resources in rural areas can be effectively utilized. . At present, we have delivered many qualified employees to many units inside and outside the province. In the past year, through hard work, the number of people who have transferred and exported in this town has reached more than 521 this year.
Third, the work of XX is going to be in the future work, we will strengthen the work of adult education, continue to cooperate with the competent authorities at the higher level to carry out various business tasks, and continue to do the following work according to the actual situation in our township:
1. Extensive publicity and create an atmosphere. We will do a good job in the promotion of full employment, use labor briefings, propaganda slogans, leaflets, consulting services, posters and training courses to promote the importance of urban co-ordination work, successful entrepreneurial experience and typical deeds of migrant workers. At the same time, it also publicizes laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and skills training to promote labor transfer.
2. Actively carry out various trainings to improve the quality of workers. Conduct multi-channel and multi-level guidance training, skills training, entrepreneurship training, etc. Through various forms of training, more migrant workers who volunteer to participate in training will gain a skill, strengthen professional skills and improve the quality of employment.
3. Expand employment channels and increase the transfer of labor force. Firstly, relying on the characteristic industries of the town to promote the local transfer of rural labor; secondly, actively strive for the support of higher authorities and continuously expand the channels for labor export; third, rely on entrepreneurs and leaders to consolidate the establishment of export channels and expand labor services.
