With the help of the leaders and colleagues, I have completed my own work diligently and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the leaders. I have improved in all aspects, but there are also deficiencies that need to be continuously studied in the future. Constantly accumulate work experience and use the knowledge acquired to make up for the defects that still exist.
Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the leaders and colleagues who have helped me! Below, I will briefly summarize my work for this month:
1. Responsible for company photocopying, file transceiving, data and book sorting, seal use and custody.
1. During the month, I registered all the middle and upper middle books of the company and created electronic files to improve the utilization rate of the company's idle books.
2, file management work: according to the needs of the work, at any time to produce various forms and documents, etc., at the same time complete the printing, photocopying, scanning files, etc. that each department has confessed. Second, the establishment of employee files.

2. For the management of the employee files of each department, the backup of the paper version and the electronic version should be completed separately, and the incomplete data should be filled in and updated in time.
3. Update the address book in time to facilitate the use of the leaders and employees.
Third, responsible for employee attendance work.
1. When I first arrived at the company, I was responsible for the attendance statistics of the company. In the process of implementation, I quickly adapted to the company's policy arrangements, as far as possible to realistically count the attendance, and at the end of the month based on the attendance system to produce payroll.

In addition to my job every day, there are often things outside the plan that need to be handled temporarily, and generally more urgent, people have to rest assured that the work at hand to solve.
Second, although some achievements have been made in the work, inevitably mistakes will occur, in order to avoid the recurrence of similar mistakes, and constantly sum up experience in daily work. And actively ask leaders and colleagues for advice and study.
Third, everyone can work in the same company is not easy. In daily work, I can get along well with my colleagues, and I can actively cooperate with and assist other departments to complete their work.
Fourth, work harvest:

V. Deficiencies in the work:
1. There is still a lack of work attentiveness. In daily work, there are often jobs that are too careful to waste time or do it again. I believe that in the next work, I will carefully, carefully and carefully complete each job.
2. The reception and service of foreign guests are not warm and generous. As an office clerk, it is my job to do the reception work. Since I don't have enough experience in this area, every reception is not doing very well. In the future reception work, we strive to be warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous.
