In the past six months, all enterprises that have wage guarantees for migrant workers in our city must implement the guarantee enterprise filing system in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Construction Committee. The "guarantee letter" issued by the unregistered guarantee company will be invalid, and the guaranteed unit will be well maintained. At the same time, in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers in construction enterprises, the accumulated pre-storage wages for migrant workers have been more than 11 million yuan. In the past six months, the enterprises that have been completed and have no wage arrears for migrant workers have returned the pre-existing wage guarantee for migrant workers of 2,825,200 yuan. In addition to the complaints about the wages of migrant workers left over from the past three years before the Spring Festival, the complaints about new construction started this year; The promotion and use of the “farmers' rights card” in construction sites in the city was affected by the “5.12” Wenchuan Earthquake. The preparations and training work before the issuance of the card has not yet started, and will be fully implemented after the next step.
