I. Strengthening theoretical study and fulfilling the functions of the CPPCC

In the work of 2019, the Political Consultative Conference of the town combined with the actual situation of our town and the members' own situation, adhered to the "people-oriented" principle of the CPPCC work, and asked members to adapt to the requirements of the new era, the new situation, and the new tasks. The construction of the armed CPPCC team, efforts to promote the construction of a learning-oriented CPPCC, so that the overall quality of all members has been improved, effectively guiding the development of various tasks.

In the process of learning, we have mainly grasped two aspects: First, the study of relevant policies and archives, focusing on the newly revised "Articles of Association of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference" and Comrade Hu Jintao's celebration of the 55th anniversary of the founding of the CPPCC last year. The study of the speech at the same time combines the spirit of the 16th Party Congress, the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, and the study of the No. 1 archives of the Center, so that each member's work direction is consistent with the party. In the course of work in 2019, we persisted in focusing on the center and serving the overall situation, and fully fulfilled the functions of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in the administration of state affairs, and made active efforts to promote the economic and social development of the town.

In the course of the whole year of work, in addition to conducting democratic supervision of the government, we often organize members to go deep into the people, listen to the public's voices toward the party and the government, and reflect some of the problems that existed in real time to the higher authorities. Among them, during the second batch of education activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, the town party committee put forward suggestions on nine aspects such as agricultural industrial restructuring and new rural cooperative medical care, and all were adopted by the town party committee. At present, according to our suggestion, the town party committee and the government are arranging the relevant functional departments to implement one by one. The road surface hardening of the environmental greening and tie-line to the market has been successfully completed, and the agricultural industry structure adjustment and development of flue-cured tobacco production is also in full swing. Among them, we will continue to participate, and will contribute to the government in a timely manner to solve problems for the people. Through our efforts, we have made due contributions to building a new rural harmonious society and raising farmers' income. Third, due diligence, development and participation in various activities

This year, in addition to fulfilling the functions of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in the administration of state affairs, the work of the CPPCC of the town also actively carried out and participated in a series of activities. For example: using the characteristics of the CPPCC, this year, the town's political association mobilized the "five old members" to join the family planning association, asked them to supervise and comment on the family planning work of the first model network of our town, and organized a family planning association member on the birthday of 5.29.
