Responsible for water supply, power supply, heat supply, and power generation to ensure the normal operation of the station area.

1. Staff eating situation

In 2019, the expenses of eating and lodging of employees were the number of people who ate at the restaurant, and 24,654 person-times were swiped throughout the year. Among them, 7202 people in the morning, 10017 people in the afternoon, 7435 times in the evening; 3609 people signed, 809 in the morning, 1754 in the afternoon, and 1045 in the evening. 2. The reception situation of the visitors

3. Other expenses

2. Since the office building has been in operation for 4 years, it has not been cleaned and painted. This year, we combined the unit civilization construction and environmental sanitation, and planned to clean the glass curtain wall of the office building and the aluminum-plastic board dust, and paint the office building corridor and the office once. Create a good living and working environment.

3, to solve the problem of water leakage in the kitchen and restaurant, it is recommended to use color steel tile treatment.

4. Replace the installation drain pipe and the drain cover. Due to the snowing last year, the drainage pipe in the station area was seriously damaged. In particular, the sewage manhole cover was crushed by 10 vehicles, leaving a safety hazard and urgently needed to be replaced. Therefore, these problems must be dealt with before the rainy season.

5, deal with the office building foyer, the roof of the column aluminum-plastic panel off and the station area door marble damage.

1. In view of the problem of office and housing shortage in the station area, the company started the construction of single-person dormitory in 2019. However, due to the fact that the land acquisition procedures have not been perfected, it is impossible to start construction.

2. Construct a gas-only room to ensure safe use of gas.

3. It is urgent to transfer or purchase a new 70kw diesel generator. In 2019, the company information monitoring center moved into the center of the station. At present, there is only one 200kw generator, which is difficult to meet the power demand and ensure normal power supply.

4. It is recommended to include the expenses of the Iveco shuttle bus in the 2019 plan of 50,000 yuan. Based on 30,000 kilometers, the vehicle insurance premium is 8965.15 yuan, the inspection fee is 970 yuan, the maintenance fee is 550 yuan for 5000 kilometers, the fuel cost is 18 liters per 100 kilometers, and the maintenance fee is 50 yuan per thousand kilometers.

5. In 2019, the electricity bill is planned to be 100,000 yuan, the actual expenditure is 308,844 yuan, and the gap is 208,844 yuan. It is recommended to add 350,000 yuan of electricity on the basis of last year. The annual electricity bill is expected to be more than 450,000 yuan.
