6. Conduct monthly behavioral inspections for “marketing branches”. The results of the inspection will be assessed at the end of the month with the finance department and office for the marketing branch.
7. Supervisor's supervision and examination work: 572 households in the supervision and examination project, laying 12790.1 meters of pipe network, among them.
8. Network management work: Maintain and backup the server on a monthly or weekly basis according to different requirements to ensure data security. Regularly upgrade the anti-virus software to protect the server and maintain the network on a regular basis to ensure the network is unblocked. At any time, the terminal can be maintained according to the requirements of each department.
9. “Three Comes” Work: Carefully fill in and handle each incoming call, letter, and visitor task list. In the peak period of water supply, the three-way singles who have sentiment to the public will make timely user return visits. According to the requirements of the file management regulations, the task list and the third record will be used to transfer the files to the office on time.
10. Regularly organize meetings of the department, strengthen self-learning, improve work ability, identify gaps in work, find gaps, and timely adjust and improve according to problems found.
