After getting the diploma, the leader’s wrong love was promoted to the position of head of the general management department. Thanks to the enthusiastic encouragement and help of the leaders and colleagues, I only had the courage to persist in this position.

In retrospect, the company has been working for nearly a year. In my work, I can faithfully perform my duties, constantly self-examine, reflect on myself, keep on pioneering and enterprising, and devote myself wholeheartedly to study and practice. In general, I am basically competent for work or competent. Although I was overwhelmed when faced with difficulties, I thought of giving up when I was too tired. I must constantly improve myself in my work, and at the same time improve my ability in continuous learning and enhance my competency for my job.

After working for nearly a year, I have been exposed to many people and things. While I am encouraging my growth, I also understand that I still have many shortcomings that need to be corrected. The most important of these is his own impetuous mentality. Sometimes things only seek speed and neglect quality, there are some data or text errors; sometimes when doing one thing, ignore the relationship between other things and the matter, causing inconsistency or data inconsistency. If it is not for the leaders and colleagues to correct me in time, I am afraid that I will not know myself and can't improve myself until now. Thank you for these lovely and respectable people. Under the arrangement of the general manager, I am responsible for the design of the company's compensation plan and performance plan. Just taking over this task, I feel that the burden on my shoulders has increased a lot. This is the first time that the theory learned by the school has been used in practice. I don’t know where to start. Thanks to the guidance of the general manager and the full support of all the employees of the company, I sorted out the ideas and collected a lot of information in this regard. I consulted some seniors and teachers and finally made a compensation and performance plan for the company. Although some places are still unsatisfactory, I worked hard and the first step was finally taken out, so I was very pleased and thanked the company's leaders and colleagues for helping me. Those places that are not satisfactory, I will go all out to change it and try to be perfect.

Looking back on this year, due to the younger age, the working methods are too simple, and some problems are still not properly handled. The level of business theory and organizational management capabilities have yet to be further improved. Once again, there is still a lot of difference in the overall quality of the company. These shortcomings need to be improved and overcome in the next step.

In the future work, I should humbly learn from other colleagues about work and management experience, learn from good working methods, study business theory knowledge, constantly improve my business and management level, and make my overall quality have a new improvement. .
