On July 9, 2019, as the board of directors of Yingzhong Group Holdings Co., Ltd., I was the general manager of Yingzhong Media. I. Organizational construction

Set up departments, clarify the department's job responsibilities and staff: marketing director Li Yong, operations director Zheng Fei, financial director Huang Huijuan. Since our team has only 4 people and lacks the position of chief executive officer, the position of chief executive officer is temporarily held by me and the financial controller Huang Huijuan. Second, cultural construction

Third, team building

Through the organization of a series of activities to build a large team of Yingzhong Media: organize Yingzhong Media executives to go to Nan'an to participate in Moore expansion training, cultivate the unity and cooperation ability of Yingzhong Media team; organize executives to participate in professional quality and business etiquette training, improve Occupational conservation; organization executives participate in the course training of "Corporate Culture: Let Enterprises Have Life", so that executives can more clearly recognize the company culture. At the same time, during the development of various activities, I noticed that different colleagues can create different opportunities for them and give them the opportunity to express themselves and exercise themselves.

Fourth, performance construction

In just two and a half months, due to the team's cooperation, the performance has achieved remarkable results. First of all, Yingzhong Media signed a cooperation agreement with Yingzhong Doing Co., Ltd., Zhongying Auto Club Co., Ltd. and Yuanhang Auto Sales & Service Co., Ltd. to cover the advertisements of non-media-owned wholly-owned subsidiaries of Yingzhong Holding Group. Full authority; Secondly, Yingzhong Media and Xiamen Yingzhong Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on the 9th anniversary of Yingzhong Automobile's establishment and carried out business within the group; finally, the media signed a cooperation with Shanghai International Hotel.
