Through regular communication, our distance from the neighborhood committee has been shortened, our feelings have been enhanced, and a community-like working atmosphere has been formed. It has also formed a benign mechanism for community building.

Third, the bureau pays attention to fostering community awareness among the units and community residents. Since there is no relationship between the “two sessions” and the community members, there is no relationship between leaders and leaders. Therefore, problems can only be solved through organization and coordination.

As the member unit and lead unit of the "two sessions", our Construction Bureau has done some work in this regard. First, ideological and work work together, and work hard to cultivate civilized residents. The quality of community residents is an important part of community building. The staff and family members of our bureau have more than 1,000 people in the community, which has a greater impact on the quality of the community. To this end, the Bureau earnestly publicized and implemented the "Civil Moral Construction Outline" and other archives, and carried out patriotism, team spirit, socialist education, social morality, professional ethics, family virtue education, and strengthened the quality education of employees, and let them influence And to promote family and friends to improve quality. Second, community services are co-organized and efforts are made to strengthen service facilities. The bureau and the Housing Authority took the lead in implementing comprehensive rectification of the community environment. The work of paving roads, setting up street lights, setting up garbage bins, and greening were all completed within one month. The community was also rated as an excellent property management community in the province.

Third, increase investment and support community building on infrastructure

As an important functional department of the county government, each of the construction bureaus is closely related to the production and life of urban residents, and it is related to the vital interests of the people in the community. In recent years, we have seized the opportunity of building a new urban area, combined with the requirements of community environmental remediation, adhered to planning as the leader, construction as the focus, management as the key, and comprehensively accelerated the pace of urban construction. In terms of planning: Invite provincial and municipal experts to prepare the “County City Master Plan”, “City Greenland System Plan”, detailed planning of main streets and key sections, and residential quarters, and strictly plan the examination and approval behavior so that all constructions can be established. In terms of construction: through the channels of investment promotion, social co-construction, and city management, the city has raised a large amount of funds for urban construction.
