2. Solidly promote the publicity and education of law. From the nature of the complaints: quality problems ranked first, 87 complaints, accounting for 76.6% of the total number of complaints; from the category of complaints: the department store complaints the most, 42 complaints, accounting for 36.8% of the total complaints. 4. Actively promote the construction of integrity-guaranteed enterprise alliances. 50 enterprises with integrity commitment alliances have been established in the jurisdiction, and all enterprises that have joined the alliance have established effective supervision mechanisms to solidly carry out reconciliation work on consumer disputes. In the whole year, a total of 151 consumer disputes were promoted, including: 121 commodity reconciliations; 26 service reconciliations; and 4 agricultural production materials, which saved consumers an economic loss of 112,134.00 yuan.
