2. At the same time, I continue to check books and magazines during business hours, improve my computer knowledge, maintain the company's computers, printers and other equipment and company's office platform, debug the video conferencing system, and improve for various departments. Work efficiency also saves the company cost.

3, in the daily work, as an administrative post, I am also responsible for the company's relevant documents to send and receive and upload and release, and when I arrived at the company shortly, because the file transfer is not timely enough to cause adverse effects, now I have been able to distinguish the primary and secondary To prioritize the files and hand over the relevant files to the relevant departments in a timely manner.

4. Under the training of department managers, I have been able to draft some small notices and files. 5. The management of fixed assets and office supplies, the payment of water and electricity charges, telephone charges, and network fees are also constantly improved. In my work, I discovered many of my own shortcomings through my own detection and leadership corrections.

1. I often do my own work, do not care, do not ask, do not report, although some work can be completed, but give the leader a feeling of restlessness, do not know how the work is going, can not grasp my whereabouts and Work dynamics often cause inconvenience to the overall work of the department. This problem is determined by the habit of daily work. I must correct it immediately. In the future work, I should pay more attention to it, ask for more information, and report it in time. 2. The work characteristics of the General Department are multi-faceted, complicated, and miscellaneous. It provides services for other departments. Sometimes other departments come to let me do it. I didn’t expect it to affect the company normally because it didn’t help. Work, afterwards, is still unclear. In fact, at work, I did not mix my personal feelings. I treated all other leaders and employees equally. I can help if I can help. Maybe this kind of work style also brings convenience to other employees, and I will come again and again.
