Summary of the school logistics service questionnaire work

This week, the department carried out a questionnaire survey on school logistics services and daily management. The questionnaire has 24 multiple-choice questions and 3 questions and answers, including dormitory, canteen, and school environmental sanitation. This issue is closely related to the students. A total of 175 questionnaires were distributed and 171 were returned. The effective questionnaire reached 95%. Through the analysis of the questionnaire results, we found the following:

First, the dormitory

1. Performance of the boarding staff: 62% of the students only think that it is “general”, while 14% of the students think that they are not doing well. Only 5% of the students think that they are doing well, then they prove that the school’s boarder The work has not been done enough and needs to be strengthened.

2. The efficiency of the dormitory maintenance staff: 53% of the people are not satisfied, and if the dormitory is not repaired in time, it will cause more losses.

3. The ban on the use of high-power appliances in the dormitory: 53% of the students agree and are willing to cooperate with the school, but only a small number of people feel that this rule does not matter.

4. Late break order: 44% of the students are satisfied, which proves that the students' concept of time has been enhanced.

5. Dormitory hygiene: 92% of the students regularly clean the dormitory health. They have realized that the dormitory is the place where they study and rest, and they must take care of their own “home”.

Second, the canteen aspect

1. Attitudes and hygiene measures of canteen staff: Only 10% of students think it is good, 57% think it is average, and 23% think it is not good, indicating that the work of canteen staff needs to be improved.

2. On the issue of hot water supply in the cafeteria, 95% of students hope to extend the supply of hot water and increase the hot water supply on weekends and noon every day.

3. In the canteen hygiene: 84% of the students did not trust the dining tools in the school cafeteria and chose to bring their own dining tools, which proves that the students are not assured of the hygiene of the canteen. I hope the school can do the health work in this area.

4. Canteen order: 48% of students think chaos, only 8% of students think it is good. If the order is disordered, it will lead to personal injury or other accidents. Therefore, during the meal, I hope that the relevant departments of the school will organize the personnel to maintain order.

5. Dishes of the canteen: 60% of the students are satisfied, the disadvantage is that it is too single, there is no fresh and delicious variety.

Third, health aspects

1. Classroom hygiene: 86% of students will consciously bring their own garbage before leaving the classroom, which proves that most of the students have strong environmental awareness and cleaning habits.

2. Environmental Hygiene: 62% of students believe that it is important for college students to develop good hygiene habits.

In short, we will continue to follow up on the relevant issues reflected in this survey, focus on the solution of the problem, and do a good job for the students, I believe we will do better in the future!
