The central school is located in Chuankou Village, Shikou Township. There are 10 national small schools, including 2 small national small schools and 1 boarding school. There are 396 students and 183 children. The students come from 66 natural villages in 12 village committees in Shikou Township. There are 44 teachers, including 32 formal teachers and 2 teachers who have been asked to leave. The number of privately-runned students is 24, and the average age of teachers is 41.9. The infrastructure and teaching equipment of each school are relatively backward, the teaching staff is aging, and the teaching quality is at a downstream level.
A few years ago, affected by the economy, most of the students in Xia Village, Wangjiazhuang, Chenjiatun and Guojialing went to the county to go to school. Guojialing and Wangjiazhuang now have no schools. It is estimated that there are nearly 100 students studying abroad. In particular, since last year, Kawaguchi High School and migrant workers returned to the homeland, resulting in a large loss, and small countries have lost. Only Zhang Jiachuan’s national juniors lost more than 20 students, and almost all of them were returning home with their children.
In recent years, under the correct leadership of the county education department and the township party committee and government, we have adhered to the mission of “Being a child-loving teacher and running a satisfactory education for the people”. First, we must adhere to moral education as a guide and promote standardization. Construction, we have formulated relevant rules and regulations and work measures in accordance with our own actual conditions to further standardize the requirements. Strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style. Second, firmly establish the concept of "quality first" and promote the sustained and steady development of education and teaching. First, pay attention to theoretical study and correct teaching concepts. The second is to organize special discussions and play a key role. We carried out the "unit preparation for the whole class" and other topics, and conducted evaluation activities: teaching experts, lectures, case studies, courseware production, etc. The third is to actively participate in joint teaching and research activities, use rural distance education resources, accelerate the integration of information technology and classroom teaching, and improve the level of using modern teaching methods. Through the joint efforts of all the teachers of the Central School, the education work of the Central School has made considerable progress and achieved certain results. The conditions for running schools have been continuously improved, the teaching and research reform has been continuously deepened, the education and teaching management has been continuously improved, the quality of education and teaching has been continuously improved, and all work has achieved excellent results. In this year's first primary and middle school students' billiards competition in Jiaokou County, the women's team of our school won the third place in the group. In the county curriculum evaluation, Guo Xuelian received the third prize. Xie Zhixing’s self-made teaching aid won the first prize at the provincial level.
Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff will provide guarantee for the transformation of our school from a weak school to a qualified school. There are 32 formal teachers in our school, with an average age of 41.9 years old. 80% of the teachers are privately-represented and transferred to the school, and 12 are represented. The quality of the education is evenly uneven and unstable. It can be seen how weak the teachers are. Nowadays, modern far-reaching education enters the classroom, and quite a few teachers are difficult to apply. In addition, the school has not formed a certain cultural heritage in the long-term school running process, let alone the characteristics of educating people and rich management experience. There are three reasons for this: First, the economic development of the region where the school is located is relatively lagging behind, and the social and cultural heritage is shallow. Excellent young teachers can't keep up. They have a little bit of ability to go to higher quality schools. The school is seriously lacking. The old and the new can't meet each other. The faculty is getting older and the teaching level is difficult to improve. Second, because the school is weak, it can't be very good. Attracting students to school, the flow of students is increasing day by day, the school system is compressed, the number of teachers in the same department is small, the teaching and research atmosphere is not strong, and the quality of teachers is not greatly improved. Third, the management personnel do not pay attention to learning for a long time, and still adopt the old teaching management. The model did not allow teachers to develop and improve well. Therefore, to improve the overall quality of the teaching team, our school is the primary task. Vigorously carry out teacher training activities and teacher compliance activities, and play a leading role in the role of academic leaders and teaching experts. Seriously do a good job in cultivating young teachers, formulate relevant measures, form an incentive mechanism, and strive to build a team of high-quality teachers. Increase the training and training of young and middle-aged teachers. Carry out teaching and research to improve teachers' ability to control teaching and control students. This semester we combine the reality of the school. We organized a demonstration class for young and middle-aged teachers on campus.
Practically strengthen the campus safety work of each school, conscientiously implement the safety target responsibility system, improve and perfect the school safety work system, implement a safety management system that combines regular inspection and daily prevention, and focus on strengthening school safety management, fire safety management, food hygiene and epidemic prevention work. , traffic safety, campus security management and surrounding environmental governance. The establishment of “Peace School” has been widely carried out to create a good school education and teaching environment. In the school, create a good atmosphere of “everything is safe, everyone is safe”.
In the past year, our school has established and improved the guarantee mechanism for the maintenance, renovation and construction of small school buildings in various countries. Based on the principle of “using every penny well,” we will conduct the Kawaguchi Elementary School teachers’ office and student residences. The transformation; hope that the state's small dangerous toilets, dangerous walls have been repaired, improved office conditions; Zhangjiachuan national small maintenance project has been launched. Every effort has been made to speed up the transformation of school infrastructure and further accelerate the pace of school standardization.
