In the blink of an eye, the working time has passed more than half a month. In the past half a month, we have achieved excellent results in Yingzhong Media. Here, report to leaders and colleagues.

I will briefly introduce my work in three aspects: performance, daily management, and corporate culture.

First of all, performance. In the past half a month, our company has reached a cooperation consensus with the whole family of 4 units, and completed more than 100 projects and works, with a total amount of more than 5 million, including with Yuanhang Auto Sales and Service Co., Ltd. and Zhongying Auto Club Company. The cooperation between the two groups has received the attention of the group. Specific projects are underway. In addition, a number of projects are under negotiation. My main job is to make a realistic operational strategy for the general manager and the general manager of our company. At the same time, we will provide perfect support for the later services, in order to obtain the favor of the partners. In a single case, the work should be done well. However, we must continue to strengthen communication and communication with our partners, especially the operational director of the other party, to ensure the perfect performance of the contract.

Secondly, in terms of daily management, we will revise and implement the system and business processes related to the company's operations to make it more efficient; organize and coordinate the implementation of the company's various departments to achieve the company's operational objectives; establish a standardized and efficient operation management system and optimize Perfect and so on.

Finally, about the construction of corporate culture. In the course of our operation, our company found that a good corporate culture can enhance cohesiveness, increase employees' sense of identity with the company, generate centripetal force, and finally lead to a good working atmosphere and maintain the company's high-speed and stable development. Therefore, under the leadership of the group leadership team, our company has carried out various activities, such as seminars, games, expansion and other means, strengthening the service concept of employees, increasing the recognition of employees for corporate culture, and achieved good effect. We believe that these benefits will be better highlighted in future work.
